Came in for “Service B” appointment. Excellent customer and service experience but very pricey compared to other dealerships. Bottom line, use discount coupon, shop around, and reserve a loaner car.

The sales person and finance person were pretty great. I came in that morning to look at a GLS, and decided to buy. The entire process was quick and painless.

My experience was AMAZING! From beginning to end everyone, and I mean, everyone was great, especially the drivers. I had great conversations with the young men who took me home and picked me up. They each had interesting stories and liked working for Autobahn. Josh, the mechanic was also polite, respectful and clearly wanted to make my experience a good one. The new facilities are awesome too. I do have a mechanic I've used for many many years, but if he retired I'd be using Autobahn. Thank you making me feel so special!
