We have had a terrible experience with Mercedes and Autobahn dealership. We bought an expensive fully loaded vehicle which has been in the shop three times in 6 months - the car is a complete lemon. After the last time we picked up the car from yet another “battery/computer” replacement, it broke within a few days and apparently was from rodent damage. We have never had that happen to us or our neighbors and drive the car daily so this damage definitely occurred in the Mercedes service shop! To make matters worse, a rock hit the loaner car windshield and instead of autobahn being helpful they were keeping our car hostage and wouldn’t let us leave the dealership until we called in the insurance claim in front of them. This place has terrible services and bad cars, don’t waste your time or money buying anything from here!

Very happy with my 4x4 Sprinter! I special ordered a van with David Chao and Michael Feldman, who explained and helped me choose all the options. Love my Sprinter and highly recommend Autobahn!

Tried numerous times to talk to someone in finance either they don’t answer the phone and there’s no machine so there’s no way for me to reach them this is so unprofessional I want someone to call me back

I visited Autobahn Motor on Sunday to return the car I had leased and lease a new one. John Vierra helped me with getting my new E350 which is the car I really wanted to lease. John is a true professional and he is very diligent and I am extremely happy that I worked with him. I hope to have John help me again when I come back to lease my next car. I also worked with Wais Omar in the finance department. He was extremely nice to me and he helped to get the best deal I could get. I am very pleased and happy that Wais helped me this time. I hope to work with him again soon.

It was easy, inventory is limited so it makes the decision easier. I ended with exactly the SUV I had wanted with the features most important to me.
