An Honest Car Saleswoman

I bought my new Acura RDX through Flatirons Acura. I found The most honest salesperson who actually fought for the best price for me. I was amazed with her. She kept returning to management with my position until we had a deal. Most sales people just cut out during the negotiation process but Kathe had a determined side that helped me get the best deal. I've got her number. From now on I'll always call her. She even told me what was less than great about the car ..who does that???

Wonderful customer service and fair pricing

We traded in two vehicles for two different vehicles due to changes in our family size and were treated very well. Doug Gorath worked with us to find the used cars we needed and gave us fair pricing on our trades. The finance department was easy to work with and we had our paperwork completed within a matter of minutes. The service department was great as we had to have some parts replaced (they were damaged at time of purchase and the dealer agreed to fix them); we live about 40 miles from the dealership, so they sent a local repair person to complete the repair. I would definitely recommend Doug Gorath and the Flatirons Acura team to anyone! The process was easy and we left feeling like we had gotten good deals. We will definitely return to Flatirons in the future if we are in the car market again.

After having a horrible experience with another Subaru...

After having a horrible experience with another Subaru dealership where we walked out without a car, we went to Flatirons. We had heard that they were an excellent dealership and we should have gone there first. Our experience was good from the salesman Jeremy to the finance manager Shae. My mother is buying a Subaru next month and I have already told her where to go! Even if it is far for you to get there- please take the time and don't waste your time at another dealership like we did. Flatirons Subaru actually reflects the corporate branding of Subaru which is all about customer appreciation and understanding customer needs.

Recently visited Flatirons Subaru with my 90 year old...

Recently visited Flatirons Subaru with my 90 year old mother. She was in need of a new car. I spoke to my salesman Judd before we stopped in and described what we were looking for. When we arrived at the dealership he has a couple of cars pulled up and ready for us to look at. He was very patient and polite. We took a couple of vehicles for a test drive and told him we would have to think about it and would get back with him if we chose to go with the Subaru. We never felt any pressure to have to buy that day. He was very understanding and told us if we had any questions to give him a call. Before we got home he had already sent us an email thanking us for the visit. Within a few days we had made our decision and decided to go with the Subaru. I gave Judd a call and told him which vehicle we wanted to go with and the color we were interested in. He informed us that he didn't have that particular color in stock and that he would have to see if he could get one for us. Within 30 minutes he had called us with good news and informed us that he could have the vehicle there the same day. Upon arrival Judd had the vehicle pulled up for my mother to see and took us for a final test drive to make sure everything was to our liking. After our test drive we proceeded to do paper work. The initial paperwork took a while. The finance experience was great to. We were presented with several offers for extended warranties and maintenance options, but never felt pressure to buy them. Overall I would say we had a great experience buying from Flatirons and would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a new Subaru

Great Experience at Flatirons Suburu

My husband and I visited Flatirons Suburu to look at suv's and were helped by their salesperson, Ray Muller. He was very knowledgable and very helpful with every question we had. We did buy and he walked us through everything from start to finish. We were pleased as to how easy the process was having Ray as our salesperson and would recommend him to anyone to make the experience pain free.

Very positive experience!

We were shopping for a very specific vehicle, a 2013 Subaru Legacy, and spoke to several dealers in the process. Bill Kidd at Flatirons Subaru in Boulder was our first and last stop. He was very low key, which we appreciated, and very professional. I also noticed that the sales manager treated his employees with respect, which suggested how we could expect to be treated. Bill has been great with his follow up, helping us learn the electronics and other features of our car. With internet assisted shopping I found that pricing is very comparable, so the character of the sales people made the difference for us. We will see Bill for our next Subaru, which will be our fourth.

Purchasing a New Car - Buyer Experience

My husband and I have not purchased a car in approximately 19 years. We believe a car should last at least 200,000-300,00 miles and require little maintenance as long as regular oil changes and other general maintenance are performed. In general this has been our experience. Given our last car buying experience was not great (not Subaru), we were reluctant to even enter a car dealership. It was therefore extremely refreshing when we were approached by Mr. Bill Kidd and from the outset it was a zero pressure sell. Mr. Kidd answered ALL of our questions and helped guide us in making the right decision. Mr. Kidd was honest and forthright in describing the pros and cons of each vehicle we test drove knowing that we had very specific requirements. Mr. Kidd's customer service was excellent. He made the buying process seem seamless. He was patient and attentive. Would I purchase another car at Subaru, yes and Mr. Kidd will be our sales person of choice.

XV Crosstrek

My wife and I recently purchased a XV Crosstrek from Flatiron dealership in Boulder. The salesperson was Jeremy Pilon. In the car industry, salespersons come in all flavors and since I have owned numerous cars I can say with confidence that Jeremy is amongst the best I have encountered. Most of our conversations were over email and he kept his word on price, vehicle ordered, accessories installed, and was available to me on both appointments I made with him when I visited your dealership. I bombarded Jeremy with probably dozens of question in equally as many emails and his responses were always prompt and courteous. He is a gem and has easily earned my business in the future. My wife is very happy with our new car and while I have yet to drive it much I?m positive my experience will be equally as good.

Purchasing a car at Flatirons Subaru was very easy-- it was unlike any car-buying experience we’ve had in the past! We test-drove three vehicles and looked at several more. Bill Kidd was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and never applied any sales pressure. He helped us get exactly the car we wanted through a dealer trade. Thank you Bill and Flatirons Subaru!!!

home owner

Originally we went to your facility to look at Subaru s. While at Flatirons we figured we would take a peak at the Acuras. When we entered we went walking around and was greeted by your sales person Doug Gorath. We told him we really wanted a Subaru but though we would look at the Acuras since we have heard a lot of positive for their brand, too. We said how about if we have questions we get back with him, since we are not favorable about the "rap" that is given to car sales people. After cruising the sale's floor we realized we wanted to know more about the Acura brand. I can go on for much more writing time, however I am not a big linguist. Well, astonishingly with the help of Doug and his first hand expertise we ended up buying a car. We have suggested to friends that they too look at the Acuras, if looking for a car.We told them even if looking at a new Subaru or ANY used (certified) car on Flatiron's lot that they would be wise to call Doug and set an appointment. We would bet our bottom dollar that they would be ABSOLUTELY thrilled with his service and knowledge. Having Doug on your staff is a winning outcome for both customer and the business itself.
