Chuck Hutton Chevrolet

It was a great buying experience. Chuck Hutton had the vehicle I was looking for and I thought that the time and attention that the dealership personnel gave to me was significant. This is at least the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership.

Why I chose Chuck Hutton? I purchased a car in 2006. I returned in 2012 to trade my car in for newer and stylish car. Chuck Hutton has friendly and courteous staff. Will George was my salesman. I was very pleased and happy because he helped me get the car I wanted. Keith Burgess was Finance Manager, he was pleasant as well. I would highly recommend customers, the warranty program is a plus also. Thank You Will George on my new car. Im satisfied:)

We went to Chuck Hutton because of my past experience with them. Our salesperson was Fred Chambers. He was extremely nice and helpful to us. He was always professional and answered all our questions. He worked with us to find the right car that would meet out needs. I sincerely hope all your salespeople are as professional and courteous as Mr. Chambers. We went in looking for a new car and ended with a 2012 Impala with only a little over 3500 miles on it. We are very happy with the car. Thank you Chuck Hutton and Mr. Chambers.

This was my first car-buying experience, and I feel good about my purchase. The car is certified pre-owned, but when they finished detailing, cleaning and sprucing it up, it looks new. I do wish the buying process would have been quicker and that the employees of each department knew more about the other parts of the buying process. It seemed a little disconnected.

I give Ms. Williams this rating because she did a wonderful job on helping me find a car at the price I wanted with low mileage on it. I would recommend this dealership, and Ms. Williams to anybody if they were looking for a car.

I really appreciated the way I was made to feel like family. Fred Chambers took and introduced me to everyone from the service department to the cashiers. All of the people I had contact made me feel important. Even a casual (passing by) "Hi. How are you today?" makes all the difference.
