Overall, very pleased with the consistency of the staff. From first contact with sales, and ending at customer service department, the dealership made the buying process seamless. Would recommend friends/family to do business with Chuck Hutton.

The majority of my dealings on this deal was with Freeman Peterman. I had 2 previous negative experiences with purchasing a vehicle from Chuck Hutton. After I explained the details of those previous experiences to Freeman. He made it his mission to accommodate me through the entire deal. His actions were successful. Its is because of Freeman's above and beyond approach to my deal. I decided to give your dealership another shot and purchase a new Tahoe. Without Freeman & John Taylor resolving my issues & concerns throughout my deal I would have gone someplace else to purchase this truck. I want Chuck Hutton to know what an asset to his team Freeman & John are. Because of their individual efforts I plan to return to Chuck Hutton next year to purchase another vehicle. George was great! The process was smooth and simple. The one complaint I do have is that there was a small dent on the driver's side that needs to be fixed. Other than that, everything was great.
