Stay away from this dealership, do not trust them
This dealership is unprofessional, did not deliver the car as agreed, they lost the paperwork that they agreed to take care of on the car. The bill of sale was wrong 4 times, tried to charge $1,000. Over the sale of the car. When i went back to pick up the car the mileage was 400 miles over than when I purchased the car.

This dealership lied about everything car was not in the shape as advertised. They messed the car up trying to fix the leather seat that they lied about it. I would not recommend they and r overpriced.

I’m not a car person, came in not knowing what I wanted
I’m not a car person, came in not knowing what I wanted at all. Brandon Smith took his time to help me figure out what I needed and what worked for my budget and a dreaded experience turned into a good one. This dealership is great.

Had an appointment yesterday at 5:00pm I get there early.
Had an appointment yesterday at 5:00pm I get there early. I get seated then I’m left there 45 mins. I get a sales guy that comes up to me and tells me they’re short staffed so why was I given an appointment to buy an 80k truck and get ignored. I guess they don’t care about new customers. So I got up and just left. Now I gotta reach to them to give me my 100 back to reserve and/or get one built. Stay away!

Imagine traveling out of state for the holidays and your
Imagine traveling out of state for the holidays and your vehicle is vandalized with the wheels and tires taken and your car is left on cinder blocks. Your car can’t be towed without tires, you are unfamiliar with the area, what do you do? This happened to me in Hauppauge, NY on December 21, 2022. Luke and the Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep service department saved the day! Luke was my service advisor and working with him transformed my bad situation into a positive experience. Luke sent an Uber to get me to the rental car location, found spare set of wheels and tires, and safely got my truck to the dealership. Luke and the Smith Haven service department comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as their service advisor.

I called on Sunday and spoke to Neil. He was very knowledgeable. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the salesman that Neil had me meet was Jay Marine. I have been to many dealerships and I know now what to look out for. The beauty of working with Jay is he was up front and honest. Jay had to leave and Brandon took over giving us continued great courteous service. Brandon had the car prepared and ready to go. He was thorough in his explains the car features and ready to go. His personality again like Neil and Jay was as it should be when purchasing a large ticket item— just plain and simple and they all delivered what I wanted. I purchased a Dodge Ram that is a real nice car all around. Neil had already picked the perfect truck for me after our discussion. I could not be more happy with the courteous treatment I received. They are fair and honest. The finance person, Sean, showed me the different ratings the banks had given for me. One was an A rating the other was a 3 not sure about what that meant but I have been to dealerships that would never show me the different ratings. The finance person was no gimmicks nor any surprises I have seen elsewhere. I would strongly recommend if you are going to purchase a car that you go to Smithaven Jeep, Dodge dealership located in Smithtown. I will be purchasing another truck soon and I will return because of the decent treatment I received. Thank you all for being so knowledgeable and trustworthy!

I just bought a ram 1500 last December cannot get into a
I just bought a ram 1500 last December cannot get into a service appointment for months and got stuck twice the electrical power steering housing system 3000 miles has been sitting there for over two weeks. Still haven’t fixed it and no loaner either worst dealership ever.
