Sam called me emailed me text me She wasted my time It was possibly Jimmy I didn’t even get past the front door Sam promised jeep could work with me !! No one wanted to work with me ! They told me Jeep is not giving any incentives and I would have to pay double what I’m paying now ! When I spoke with Sam I told her what price I could pay !! Waste of my time !! Goodbye jeep !! On to a dealership that wants my business and not lie to me

Stay away!
Won't return my $500 deposit. All was good until time to pick up truck, then it became all about some sort of survey. Was told if I didn't give perfect score, all 10's, that it would affect everyone's salary. Talk about dramatic. When I told the salesman I don't do surveys, he sort of lost it. Slammed his i-pad on the desk and stormed off to get the manager. I figured a place that desperate for a survey must be having bigger problems so I left. Now three weeks later can't get my money back, sales manager won't return my call. Stay away from this dealership!

Last week ended up having to have my Jeep towed in due to
Last week ended up having to have my Jeep towed in due to it was overheating and leaking anti freeze…I was going through my extended warranty for the repairs and the staff in service such as Kaitlyn Jessica and everyone were amazing from the first initial call about my truck. I was informed that it would be a week or so before my truck actually got brought in to be looked over but I ended up getting a call the next day from the service advisor Cody who would be handling my repairs and everything with the warranty company and he had informed me the truck was brought in earlier than planned and being checked out as we spoke. From there the staff continued being extremely understanding and helpful dealing with my constant calls and wanting updates never once taking it personal. It truly was an amazing easy experience. Definitely have no complaints here.

Stay away from this dealership, do not trust them
This dealership is unprofessional, did not deliver the car as agreed, they lost the paperwork that they agreed to take care of on the car. The bill of sale was wrong 4 times, tried to charge $1,000. Over the sale of the car. When i went back to pick up the car the mileage was 400 miles over than when I purchased the car.

This dealership lied about everything car was not in the shape as advertised. They messed the car up trying to fix the leather seat that they lied about it. I would not recommend they and r overpriced.
