Great and fast service

From the time I test drove the car, until I was driving it home was less than 4 hours total. The process was smooth and not a lot of upselling.

Great experience, great car, great sales help

My favorite part of the experience was working with Taz. It's not easy for a 52-year old single woman to walk into a car dealership without feeling like everyone will think, "Oh, here's a sucker." Taz treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire purchase process. I feel like I got a decent deal...nobody is getting 'great' deals on Outbacks these days because they are so popular, but I feel like he worked with me and tried to do the best he could. He explained everything about the car to me and even offered to let me come back when I had more time so he could show me more features. He is an expert on this vehicle. I just can't say enough good things about Taz and I hope you take great care of him!

The part where I purchased a new car was pretty great. Roy helped me. He was also pretty great. That is all.

Awesome service!!! Courteous staff!!!

Everyone in the place is super courteous! From the person who greeted us as we drove up, to the service person who wrote up the order, to even the salesperson who recommended a nearby restaurant for lunch! Excellent service

My needs were addressed, staff took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Staff checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I live in Santa Cruz but had an awful experience at the Santa Cruz subaru and it's worth the 45 minute drive to go to Stevens creek because the service is over the top amazing

Great service! Now I just need the 2nd car key;)

Matt K was extremely friendly and helpful. The finance department made the paperwork pain free. I will see how Service and Parts do when I come in next month :)
