Great, didn't feel pressured. Large selection!!

I did not feel pressured in making a decision and Matt K. was very thorough showing me other styles I was interested in. I had a few additional questions for Matt and when I called him on his cell phone he promptly answered.

Straight forward and not pushy

Armen, our sales rep was not pushy. I obtained internet pricing from multiple dealerships and Armen provided the best price the first time. Of course, other dealerships offered to match pricing - however I do not appreciate "those games".

Pleasant experience

The waiting area was very comfortable and I enjoyed my time waiting for my vehicle. Even though the service staff member who helped me was not personally handling my vehicle, he was extremely polite and helpful.

Took care of me even without an appointment

I didn't have an appointment and hadn't been here before - my Subaru broke down in a nearby parking lot. I left the car at early bird service on Sunday. Troy took care of me very well, and everything worked out OK.

great service

I was one hr late for appt. but service advisors very accomodating and maint. Service was complete in less than 1hr, being out 1hr earlier than estimated. I prefer coming to this dealership vs. Oakland even though I travel from Alameda just because of the great service.

Great service, very helpful staff, and no pressure

Sal was a great people person, very helpful and very nice. He helped us with anything we had a question on. Also liked the no pressure experience i had at the dealership. Everyone was very nice.
