Sales staff

I have purchased two cars from your Acura dealership in Orland Park and the sales lady was Debise Maniakouras. Not only was she kind and considerate of my needs, she was knowledgeable of the automobiles. I make it a point to see her when I come in for service. In fact, I have alerted her to the fact that I will be in the market for another Acura within a matter of months. I have also referred friends to ask for her when purchasing a car at your dealership. You have a jewel on your staff.

Excellent service!

Excellent service, very polite and helpfull to customers. Convenient waiting room. Very good selection of accessories in the parts department. Also I have used the loaner service.

Wow! Great experience

I worked with Denise Maniakouras and Pat Dazzo on the purchase of my MDX. Denise was very professional, informative and courteous. She gave me options and info, and helped me make the decision that was right for me. I appreciated not feeling pressured and informed about the purchase I was making. Excellent and knowledgeable Sales Company

Pat Dazzo was my first contact via telephone. I told him I was very interested in the Acura RDX and he quoted a price that I found hard to refuse. Pat is very professional and straight forward. The next day I arrived at Acura to test drive the RDS and Gerard Dumas greeted me immediately. Gerard did not apply any pressure to make a purchase and that pleased me not only because I feel that's a Mark of a good sales person but also it demonstrates faith in their product. Gerard explained all the new features on the RDX. I liked the solidness, comfort and drive and it was a nice fit for me. I had other makes and models to test that evening and I returned the following evening to purchase the Acura. Since Gerard was off, Denise Manikouras took over for him as my sales lady. By this time, there was no surprise that I would come in contact with yet another professional. Once again, no pressure applied. Denise too was very knowledgeable and very patient explaining the RDX features as she went though each and every one of them. As I was completing my purchase, Pat Dazzo evaluated my car for a trade-in and I felt more than compensated with his offer. Omar Hammad explained the final paperwork in detail. It isn't just that Acura puts out a great and reliable product, it's the pleasure experiencing a synchronized team working so well together to keep their customers happy. P.S., I can't even complain about the coffee - it's great too.

Rude and disrespectful salesperson

I purchased a used vehicle from Denise Maniakouras. The vehicle gave me problems from the moment I bought it. I told the salesperson about the problems. When I brought the vehicle in for their service to look at the problems, the salesperson came out and was verbally abusive. I wonder if the owner is aware the salesperson is rude and chasing customers away.

Rizza Acura great experience every time!

On 02-12-2017 I purchase my #5 Acura from Rizza Acura my sales lady Dennis Manikouras has been selling us cars since 2004 and every experience has been great and stress free we always treated with excellent customer service and she explains in detail every option in vehicle. I and my wife will return for future purchases and service is great too.

Outstanding

Denise Maniakouras sold us our Acura MDX. We could not be more pleased with her service and the car. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She answered all of our questions. It was a great pleasure buying the car from her. In the future if I have to buy any other car, she will be the person I will go to. Thanks Denise for making buying a car this pleasureable!

Bad service and do not honor a good reputation.

Denise Maniakouras sold me a car and one month later the engine was giving me problems. I went back to the salesperson, Denise Maniakouras, and was told since the car was Mercedes they do not have those parts and told me to go to a Mercedes dealer. I did, and the Mercedes dealer told me to return the car immediately to where I bought it. I asked the salesperson why she sold it me if she did not the history of the car. I trusted her because I know her many years and was shocked that she sold me a bad car because Rizza knows the history of the car. I will never go back to buy another car from that dealer and salesperson because they do not honor the sale of the cars they sell. I am very upset and disappointed. I would never recommend anyone going there to purchase a vehicle. In my opinion, and my terrible experience with them, I would never recommend this dealership again. And this is the teuth. I paid good money to buy a car and it ended up having terrible problems after only a month. I was NOT at all satisfied with the dealer and the salesperson

Great Experience

Matt at the Service Desk is always a pleasure to work with. I met the GM, Patrick Dazzo and he made it a fantastic experience. He was so accommodating, kind, and caring! Thank you for the great experience! Excellent service all the way around!
