The staff was very courteous about getting my appointment as soon as possible(the next day).The service was great. They explained everything to me in detail. Didn't have a long wait either.

Pleasant stressless experience
Great experience, Thank you. Needed service on terrain, had to have it towed in, as soon as they discovered the problem, called to let me know, and estimated time finished. Very happy with their work.

very poor
The oil change department was excellent, waiting for the parts department to price my bill was very disturbing. waited at least 20 minutes after the service completed the service. I had to move my car out of the stall so others could get service while I waited for pricing to be completed. The price of the oil filter and oil was all I had done.

The problem was fixed fast, and to my satisfaction.
I droped off my car with climate a control problem . Within a an hour the problem was found.I was notified of the issue. The part was ordered and the repair was made the next day. I am very satisified.

Very easy to deal with

I wish I could give them zero stars
They applied for over 13 loans in my name with a payment twice as high as I was looking for. I cought the sales person lying to the manager about the payments we talked about. The loan denial letters all say the value of the car is to low for the loan amount.

In regards to Nick , we did secure financing for him, but not at agreeable terms and conditions. We worked with several lenders to insure that he was given the best rate and term available. It is always in the customers best interest that we work closely with lenders to achieve this.
