My battery issue was diagnosed and taken care of the way I would expect it to be done. This is why I am about to lease my 10th. Yukon. I know a lot of the service and sales people well and I am treated with respect whenever I go into the dealership. As long as these people are there I don't see any reason to ever shop elsewhere.

Casey has always been very kind and considerate to us. Sorry but I don't remember the name of the service rep who initially helped us but he was very nice also. We usually ask for Brandon but this was on a Saturday so he was off for the weekend.
