Best Day Ever!!!!
TJ is really great at what he does.....He is a great salesman. He worked hard and long to get me approved for the Outlander Sport... I love it by the way... The other staff memebers were helpful to doing what they do. They dealership was closed and TJ stayed until the end finishing up all the paperwork...He went over the vehicle step by step. I am very satisfied and I will refer my family and friends. Thanks TJ

Got more than I expected
I was honestly trying for a used vehicle but TJ and the group at Jeremy Franklin really pulled out all the stops and sold me on a new 2015 Outlander Sport. They were very courteous, friendly and all around great people to work with. I will recommend to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle, new or used.

Got what I wanted
I was determined to get the Magnum on the lot when I walked up and would have left. Sheik Obaya immediately made his presence known and helped me through the process pretty quickly and without a lot of hassle. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salesperson. Robert January

Deceitful salesmen!
Do not use salesman JESSE HARDIN!! He is the true poster-child of a deceitful salesman who wants to screw you. The faculty and other employees were very kind and Jesse seemed to be in the beginning. However, he slightly lied throughout our meeting. Such as saying he was stationed in Korea when we asked, when in reality his father was! That's not only a lie to us but disrespects his father and our country. We should have left then, knowing if he lied about that then he would other things. We are first time car buyers and aren't too knowledgable of the process and are perfect targets. Sadly, he took advantage of that. We were sold a car for $24,200. The vehicle description stated near $21-22,000. When we asked Jesse why our loan is for 24,000 vs $22,000 he preceded to tell us that there are extra fees included because of our low credit score. As unknowing as we were we believed that was such a thing and signed the papers. Once home we did some research to see how much and such and came to find out it is illegal to do such a thing. We went to the dealership to discuss the problem and were told that $24,200 is the sale/sticker price of the vehicle. We explained that Jesse said the car was for $21,165 but bumped to $24,000 because of the low credit score fees. We were then told that $24,000 is the correct sale price regardless of what Jesse told us and that nothing could be done. We agreed for the car to be $21 and to the addit fees, if there was such a thing, since we did have low credit. We did not agree for the car I be worth $24,000. JESSE HARDIN SCAMMED US to take home a bigger check and those bad values and morals and falls back Jermey Franklins' morals. We are beyond disgusted. We aren't complaining about the numbers but of the validity behind the discussion. The lies.

Our Dealership participates in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. Mr. and Mrs. Hough came in to our dealership and Mr. Jesse Hardin was their sales associate. Mr. Hardin had two other customers in attendance that he was working with when he met with and greeted the Hough family. The vehicle’s MSRP that Mr. and Mrs. Hough were interested in purchasing was $22,290.00. However, we sold it to Mrs. Hough at $24,200 due to the fact that they had a 2002 Trailblazer that had 191,000 miles on it, and was in very poor condition, plus they currently still owed a balance of $1,800.00. Kansas City Market value on the Trailblazer is $890.00. The financial institution would have considered the trailblazer as a negative equity situation, thus we were able to over allow compensation to Mr. and Mrs. Hough for their trade in, showing $2,800.00 trade in allowance, which makes the difference the same. Example: $22,290.00 Price $24,200.00 Price -$ 890.00 Trade -$ 2,800.00 Trade $21,400.00 Difference Price $21,400.00 Difference Price Mr. and Mrs. Hough did not pay more for this vehicle. In addition, Mr. and Mrs. Hough were issued a check in the amount of $1,000.00 cash back that we did not adjust to the price. We were trying to explain this to Mr. and Mrs. Hough, but they were so upset and incapable of listening to what was being said. That they just kept demanding us to lower the price and that was primarily their main focus. Perhaps, in Mr. Hardin’s addressing two separate customers and preparing the Hough’s paper work, he may not have heard correctly and or answered inadvertently regarding his father’s plaque. Surely, no dishonesty was intended. Mr. Hardin is highly regarded as an honest individual, both by his colleagues and customers of Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi with an excellent record of 13 years of service. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with Mr. and Mrs. Hough to reiterate what we previously tried to explain should they provide us the opportunity. Sincerely, Hector Espinosa General Manager
