Excellent customer service!

Jesse and Tj were awesome! Jesse was working with other customers and Tj stepped in to help out and ensure we didn't have to wait. Both of them had GREAT attitudes and made sure we got into the car I wanted!

excellent service

Perfect customer service provided by my sales associate. Very welcoming staff that were knowledgeable about exactly what would be a good fit for me. Everything was explained to my understanding,all questions answered, and sale done in a timely manner. All expectations exceeded. I will definitely make recommendations to this very friendly establishment and to sales representative Branson Brown.

Very satified

I have been taken my car to Jeremy Franklin for 3 years now and never had a problem. If I did the service manager, Jim Honeycutt always make sure I am satisfied with the service.

Great experience

My husband and I were thrilled with the level of service and attention we received. We had our two children with us when we purchased a car, so as anyone with children knows that can be a hassle and a headache. The salesperson, Kenneth, was fantastic and was trying to help us entertain our children while we made a decision. Once we decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle, Kenneth and the financing team worked hard to get our payments where we wanted them. We are excited to be in a new (used) 2015 Outlander. The only complaint we had was not being told in advance that the tax title and registration wouldn't be covered with our financing. It wasn't until we were in signing papers that we were told these items wouldn't be included. Otherwise the service was excellent.

MY purchase of 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander

This is the third vehicle purchased from this dealership, that should tell you something about what I think of this dealership. I like the consistency of the salesmen and the finance personnel. Naturally on each of my purchases I have had the same salesperson, Jesse. I don't know that much about cars, but I know I can rely on Jesse. Jesse is very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi products. He is honest and upfront, and to me that is what is most important when trying to make such a huge financial investment/purchase. I have always gotten all my regular maintenance work at Franklin also, and their service staff is wonderful. They look for ways to save, and I also go on their website to see if they have coupons I can use.

Amazing

Salesman Tyrone very helpful and nice. All employees knowledgable . I drove to Kansas City Missouri just for this car and am very happy I did. And Jesse helped also
