Took care of everything I needed.

Took care of everything I needed. The service advisor was helpful and technicians got me in and out. Got new back brakes put on and fix the issue. Always a good time at Jermey Franklin!

I really like Jeremy Franklin.

I really like Jeremy Franklin. I just wasn't sure about the total. I got a text that there was a oil change for 52.5o and got charged over 90 dollars.

I had a fantastic experience at Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi. Brandon was extremely professional, polite and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Chris went out of his way to answer all my questions regarding financing. He worked out a deal I felt comfortable making. Buying a car from Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi was a pleasure. I'm loving my new Mirage! I highly recommend this dealership.

Did an oil change but didn’t top off or check other

Did an oil change but didn’t top off or check other fluids. Windshield fluid was empty after leaving shop. Performed warranty work on rear break as it was giving bad grinding sound and it’s still making grinding sound. Though not as bad it’s still there.
