I was not forsure if I would qualify for a car and I expressed that to Mr. Spikes when I came in. My first car was just ruled a total loss, so I knew I needed a car. Mr. Spike ensured me that it was possible, and in turned assisted me in picking the right car. He was very professional and answered all the questions I had accurately.
