William in the Service Department is the bestttt. If you’re in the KC area do not go to Northtowne Mitsubishi. Go to Jeremy Franklin. They are 1 billion times better!

They literally stole all of my tools out of my car.

They literally stole all of my tools out of my car. And my two radios along with it. They claim that it was the homeless, but the homeless would not leave behind a bottle of booze that I found still in my car. So, in conclusion, they are Schiesters that do not deserve your business.

"Jessie Hardin" the sales associate who helped me was very awesome not only did he listen to what I needed he showed me a variety of cars that were in my price range, he helped me accomplish what I needed. Needless to say I drove home Happy.
