All service staff that I have encountered have been polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend the service department. HOWEVER, I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Jeremy Franklin unless you have money to burn. I way over charged and was taken advantage of.

My car doesn’t sound the same ,after receiving the oil

My car doesn’t sound the same ,after receiving the oil change.. it kinda sounds like a lawn mower when it is excelerating…Not too happy at all. It absolutely did not sound like that when it was brought in…
