Buerkle Acura = Great service, The Staff in all

Buerkle Acura = Great service, The Staff in all departments treat you with respect. They greet you when you drive in the door for service each and every time. You can call ahead and schedule or if you have a concern they are always willing to help, even if it’s new technology they take the time to answer questions. The prices are in line with all other Acura dealers for sales and service. I bought my car two years ago and wouldn’t go to any other dealer. If you have time you can wait for the service or on a new car sales they offer a car to use if the service takes longer than you might have. All the service writers are great. I was introduced to Abby Shank and she is fantastic. All the staff a really professional and great to work with. The only way to become a believer is stop by and make your own decision. Service or Sales.

Great show!

Great show!!! Was in and out in about two hours with my beautiful Acura TLX 3.5L AWD. About 50k miles… what a beauty. Low pressure “low profile selling”…. You will love the car buying experience here. Keep it up Buerkle Acura!!!

The Buerkle Acura Brooklyn Park family dealership,

The Buerkle Acura Brooklyn Park family dealership, service center and its entire staff with the exception of 1 person I’ve interacted with are dishonest, money hungry, aggressive, lack clarity and actual accountability when selling a used vehicle. I purchased a used 2017 Honda Fit from Mark Schiller in January. After purchasing noticed significant body damage, the battery wasn’t properly connected, and the wipers were extremely old. The body damage was never disclosed to me and when I asked about it, I was yelled at and argued with by Brian Peterson. Michael Murphy defended his dishonest staff, lied again about an interaction I had with Chue Vang in the service center, and offered no answers or help to my questions or frustrations. Please see photos. I have recorded audio of Brian Peterson arguing with me and apparently from other reviews, he has a history of arguing with customers. Michael Murphy clearly only cares about commission and profit for his own employees and the dealership, he has no regard to new car buyers of color.

It is our goal to provide the highest levels of service to every customer regardless of what product or service we are providing. It is obvious from your email correspondence, our phone conversation and your numerous online reviews that we did not meet your expectations and for that we sincerely apologize. A purchase experience should not be this way. Our goal from the beginning is for you to have a vehicle that you truly enjoy every time you walk out and drive it and at this point I do not believe that can be achieved with the 2017 Honda Fit that was purchased from us. I think the best solution would be for you to return the vehicle for a full refund. This suggestion hopefully can bring this situation to a close as it has been clearly upsetting to you. The process would take about fifteen minutes. If you do not wish to return to our place of business that is understandable. We can mail the needed paperwork for you to sign and send back and have the vehicle picked up if that would make it easier.

I am hoping for some honest answers to the questions I have posed above, as I have yet to receive that from your team and dealership. I have restated them again for ease. Michael Murphy made it clear that he had no interest in trying to do honest business with a brand new customer after our phone conversation March 5, 2024. Mary and Dave Buerkle, are you in support of these unethical business tactics? Is it typical for your salespeople to threaten people that they will be calling another customer during a potential sale? Is it typical for them to get frustrated when a potential customer is asking questions about a major purchase they are about to make? Was the car looked over thoroughly in the first place? Body damage, battery connection, wiper blades show to me the car was not looked over properly. Do you have written record/documentation that the car was looked at and went through oil change/filter change/etc before the sale of the car? If so, I would like to see it. Please highlight to me, in writing, how any kind of further repairs to the car that was just sold to me by your dealership isn’t covered by any kind of warranty? Who is telling the truth at your dealership between Michael Murphy and Chue Vang in regards to giving me a business card for Collision Center Golden Valley?

I want to recognize Terry Rehm and Buerkle Acura for their incredible customer service. We had an issue with our MDX while we were out of town and Terry made sure that everything was addressed when we returned. I highly recommend Buerkle Acura and Terry and his team.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 RDX from Buerkle Acura.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 RDX from Buerkle Acura. Our sales consultant Sandy Nobbe was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the Acura line. She spend a tremendous amount of time with us on the vehicle's features and their function. Sandy is a first class sales consultant. The business manager, Kameron Krumrey presented several financial options. He was extremely to questions and any of our concerns. We would highly recommend Buerkle Acura to any of our friends and family.
