Had a wonderful experience with Tyler Koens at Buerkle Acura. It was my first time buying a new car from a dealership and he made the whole thing very smooth. Wasn't too aggressive or pushy like some dealers can get. I told him exactly what model, trim, and color combo I wanted and held out until it arrived. We had been communicating for a while before the transaction took place. He asked me if the one I'm looking for came along, would it be okay to contact me if I was still interested. I said yes. And not too long after, I received a text from Tyler letting me know they had the exact car I wanted. I had no reason to say no. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend him.

This dealer is selling damaged vehicles as certified pre-owned. We bought a 2019 Acura RDX from them two weeks ago and they did not disclose that the car was involved in an accident. They wanted us to trade-in the car we bought and pay another $5000 to get another car. I am looking into filing a complaint with AG’s office and consumer protection bureau about this.
