Great car buying experience
I have to say, this was the best car buying experience I've had. Always say don't trust a salesman, but these guys/gals stand to their word. Bought a car late Friday night with a known issue. Bought on the condition they would fix that no matter what it was. Well, Monday comes, took it in. Service Dept. said the back tires where bad, installed two new tires and n/c to me as they promised. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

New Car
I have to say that I was almost walking off from buying any car from this dealer. For some reason our first salesman did not have clue about what he was doing, Thankfully had a chance to talk directly to the General Manager and with his help and the wonderful customer service We received from the other salesman We bought a car with great deal that I couldn't find anywhere else around me.

Review
Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and 45 minutes and they ended up telling me my tires didn't need rotating... Crazy that an oil change takes that long!

Always a pleasure.
I know it's easy to blame the repair people when your vehicle takes a crap, but it's not their fault folks. Also, if you're buying a used car, then it's just that - used! Not new. I get cracked up reading reviews about car repair shops when people are clearly ignorant of the issues and costs involved in owning their vehicles. That all being said, we have been very happy with Crest Honda, both the buying experience and the ongoing service and maintenance. Sometimes they have to deliver the bad, and yes, unexpectedly expensive, news that we need an additional repair. Can't blame them folks! I do feel their waiting area could provide a few more amenities, snack and beverage options, etc.

CRV-2014
I was looking for a mid-suv, and looked at the Honda CRV. I looked at the three Honda dealers here in Nashville. Crest was the best at talking to me and trying to make a deal. Salesman knew his inventory and was honest about price. Bought the car. The deal took two weeks but I ended up with a good car/price
