Used car buy

Nightmare- Nate the Salesman was great. The process was awful. We were there 5 hrs. The car is not here. Yes it is. It is "As is". No, It is Honda Certified. No , It is not. Yes it is, etc. It was somewhat of an unusual situation. So I would come back again.

Service at Crest Honda October, 2016

I arrived early in the morning at Crest Honda to get my oil changed. It was time for the oil to be changed and I had been out of town. I had expected to be there, in my mind, for at least an hour and 15 minutes. I bought my lap so I could take care of some work while I waited. I gave the service personnel my car and I had a seat in the service area. I got a coke to drink and settled in for an hour and 15 minutes. I opened my laptop, connected into the wifi. I checked some emails for that morning and I proceeded to pull up some work. Someone was calling my name. It was a service personnel, questioning a couple of things re: my Accord. I answered the queries and proceeded to open some files, when my name was called again. I answered and the service personnel said, your vehicle is ready. I was surprised since I did not do any work, I thought I would have time to do. Fast service there at Crest Honda Service Department. I was in and out in a flash. I was quite excited. Thank you for excellent service.

Oil change

I called at 3:45 pm to make an appointment for an oil change and was told by a member of the Service Dept that they quit taking cars after 3:30 and they close at 5:00. I called again and this time talked to the Service Dept. Manager who clarified that the Service Dept. takes cars until 4:30 and they close at 6:00. I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was serviced right away. I was told it would take 45 - 60 mins. It took 85 mins. My car was returned to the garage after being serviced and sat for at least 15 - 20 mins. before I was told it was finished. I saw numerous service reps cleaning up their stations and getting ready to go home with no one informing me why there was a delay. I was satisfied with the actual work that was done. I inquired regarding the air bag recall and was told they did have the air bag replacements in stock. I stated that the notification I had received back in the spring said I would be contacted when the air bags were available and yet that never happened. Why not? Now I have to schedule another service visit. Please value your customers' time.

Jan Bailey Automobile Service Review

I had a wonderful experience. The dealership is always clean, there is a place furnishing beverages and popcorn. The service time is reasonable, and the waiting area is great.

Maintenance

My 2007 Honda Accord was at Crest Honda for maintenance (oil and filter). As part of the oil and filter maintenance, the normal points of wear were inspected. As a result, the front brake rotors were resurfaced and brake pad installed. However, when I returned home I smelled oil and found some was leaking from the drain plug. It appears cleaning the old oil off the drain plug is an extra charge - will look elsewhere for maintenance.

150,000 mile service

Maintenance performed just fine. Nice waiting area. Friendly staff. Clean shop. Only negative is that while they five you a free car wash (of sorts) it left my perfectly clean car covered with water spots.
