Terrific buying experience for my 2017 Ridgeline!
Very satisfied! Everyone involved in the sale was absolutely professional. Michael Mercurio was stellar in his knowledge of the new Ridgeline and is an example of Honda salesmanship that ought to be noted. New Car Manager Rick Quarles made the deal quick and fair. Alli Sadler had the patience of a saint keeping my kids occupied while I signed the paperwork. Ben Puryear explained the paperwork and benefits of the Honda extended warranty and Permaplate, both of which I purchased. The showroom was bright and clean with key Honda models displayed throughout. Again, a top notch experience overall!

Quick oil change
I went in for a routine oil change. Some filters need changing so I was in an out in about an hour. The folks were very pleasant to deal with.

Airbag Recall Service and Radiator Replacement
I took my 2007 CR-V in to get the airbag inflators replaced per the recall. About an hour after I dropped the car off I got a call informing me that the radiator was leaking and would have to be replaced and they told me it would cost about $700. I gave the OK. I had been informed earlier that I would have to leave the car there for 24 hours for the airbag repairs. When I went to pick up the car, it took a few minutes while the person who was helping me went to find out what was going on. The car was ready about the time they said it would be.

The technician who worked on my car went above and beyond. The service rep also thru in my oil change free of charge due to the amount of money I ended up spending.

Excellent Customer Service
I dreaded looking for my son's first car. I wanted to get a decent car from a reputable dealer. Looking for a few weeks caused me to start thinking I couldn't get both in my price range. I don't know why, but I found Crest Honda's website. The website had a few cars in my price range and I emailed the dealer. From that moment on was one of the best experiences I've ever had car shopping. I had an email from Nate Allen thanking me for looking at their website and asking me when i'd like to see the cars I'd saved. I visited the dealer on a Friday, drove the vehicles in which I was interested and a few that Nate thought might interest me. I came back the next morning and Nate was extremely helpful again, including explaining that 1 car that had interested me but had a service engine light on had been taken in and repaired after I left the previous evening. Even though I didn't buy the car at that minute, he was there to answer every question, even calling the manager over when I had questions that he couldn't answer. I told him that the car that I wanted was too expensive but that I would be back on the following Monday about possibly buying another car. That Monday the price dropped twice & Nate sent me an email letting me know. Long story short (too late) I came back in & bought the car. The price was right but I wouldn't have gone back if Nate (The Singing Salesman) hadn't been so helpful!
