My first review got erased BEFORE as able to send. So this one will be brief. Angelo, and staff are all courteous, kind and respectfull. My wife is in a wheelchair and we move slowly. All staff recognized the situation, opened doors & aided entrance & egress from dealership. Anglo is knowledgeable of his product, low key in his demeanor, and a pleasure to deal with. I came in for a test drive and a $50 Visa Cift Card and purchased a new 2013 Prius with $500 OFF + Gift Card & 60 months at "0%" An enjoyable experience.

Roger Diaz and Jack Prato were very professional and very helpful to us. They made our car buying experience pleasant with no pressure on us. Roger was more than willing to let us test drive several cars and answered all of our many questions. Jack got us a super deal on the interest rate on our loan. Looking for a new minivan for our newly extended family...

Looking for a new minivan for our newly extended family of four (twin 9 mth old boys). Walked into the dealership on a Friday around 6:30pm after seeing 2 cars on their lot that fit the profile of what we were looking for. We were immediately told that "Sorry folks we are closed"- to our surprise, I thought this was a joke. No offer to take our information down, no "thanks for coming in...however...". I asked if he was kidding and he pointed to the hours on the door (which did state they closed at 6pm)- but the door was open, so we thought they were available. So because of this we go to turn around to leave and state under our breath that they must not have wanted a deal and head to another local dealer.... Great experience at the second dealership- they just didn't have what we were looking for. So the next Monday (after the weekend) we find sitters AGAIN and head back to Bredemann to see those two cars. We spoke with the salesman- told him we wanted the Sienna SE instead of the XLE and that we needed to stay under $500/mth. Knowing that we need to "work the numbers" he told me that he needs to call the banks in the AM to get financing and they would call us the next day. At the SAME TIME another salesman, takes the keys to show the SE to another party. He calls back today to let me know "Great news! We got you approved!" At first, I'm excited and then he tells me "well the SE was sold last night, but we can sell you the XLE and your payments would be $700 per month - we just need some paperwork from you" I WAS BLOWN AWAY- what part of (a) we were interested in the SE NOT the $3K more expensive XLE did you NOT understand and (b) what part of we need to stay under $500/mth did you not comprehend!? That's almost a mortgage payment!!! Factors of customer service to be learned here: - "Thanks for coming in folks. We happened to close early on Friday's but if you give me your information I can have a salesperson call you first thing tomorrow AM." - "We can hold the SE for your overnight until we can call the banks for more information." - "Good news and bad news...the car you wanted last night was sold. However, I WAS able to get you approved for financing, but we need to look at other cars that might fit your budget." - "Sorry we cannot meet your monthly payment on this car, but let's work together to see what cars we CAN put you in that you can afford." In this day & age- no one's credit is perfect, everyone has gone through rough times, and no one really wants to buy a new car. We are in a situation where we could have used some hand-holding or at the very least better customer service. At least, let me feel like my business was worth something and that you cared about our situation. Needless to say- I would NOT recommend this dealership!! Car buying is a pain in the @$$ already and going to a place like this makes it even harder and more stressful!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge - and many, many thanks to Muhammed Patel, who made my car buying experience so great. Muhammed was so friendly and so helpful. I was looking for a Prius and he made it possible for me to test drive a couple different models and he explained to me all the features of the car. He gave me a no-nonsense price, and told me to go home and think on it. He never pressured me in any way to buy a car then and there, nor did he pressure me to get options or features on my car that I did not want. I went back a few days later to purchase the car and Muhammed and Arnie Rowen, the sales manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful in making sure I got a good price. The car I wanted was not at their lot, but they made sure to find the one I wanted and get it to their lot for me. Also, thanks to Jack Prato for making the financing part so easy. The entire process - of finding the right car, getting the right price, getting the best features and options, and financing the deal - was super smooth. I had such a great experience that my parents went back the next month to get a Camry Hybrid from Bredemann Toyota as well. Again, Muhammed was our go-to guy and he found the perfect car for my parents. They could not be more pleased with their purchase and with their experience. All in all I think Bredemann is a great place to buy a car - mostly because of the warm and friendly and helpful people who work here. They made me feel welcome and made me feel comfortable in making the right decision about such a big purchase.

9 years & 1 month ago, I purchased a new Corolla from Ric Santos. After driving over 155,000 miles in this vehicle, it needed repairs, the cost of which eclipsed the value of the vehicle. Syed Hussain was very understanding and helpful in selecting a new vehicle. He accompanied me on a test drive, spoke with me patiently and assisted me in finding the right vehicle with the right features and the right color. He valued understanding that I live nearby and was a repeat customer. The value offered for my trade-in far surpassed other offers. That together with 0% financing and other discounts convinced me to purchase my new vehicle on the spot, with a manageable monthly payment. Jack Prato was very efficient in processing all the paperwork, explaining all the documents and was very patient in describing the extra warranty options available to me.

When I walked in to buy my Highlander, Brian was at the front desk. I found him very nice, easy to work with, and fair. It was the best buying experience that I've ever had.
