I had done quite a bit of research online and knew the car I wanted and a price point I could afford. I felt that Angelo very efficiently handled my requests, gave me a very good price, did not try to talk me into spending more or upgrades I did not want or need. No hassle in buying. Ric Santos was excellent. I was trying to purchase my vehicle couple of months ago but there was a hold sale by toyota (fj cruiser). He kept me informed weekly about the progress thru e-mail, text and phone calls. And finally, when i got my truck today, I was treated very special by the dealership. Ric knows his toyotas very well. Angelo was extremely easy to work with while looking to buy a new Toyota. I would say that he was friendly and very courteous along with being very professional in all aspects of the steps involved in purchasing the new car. He was accomodating in looking for the color we desired in the Rav4. He definitely kept us posted along the way as to when we could be expecting the car to arrive. The customer service that we have experienced with Bredeman Toyota over the years has always been top notch and I would say that Angelo was a great example of the customer service that we have come to expect over the years from Bredeman. I am very happy that I purchased the car from Bredeman and that I had Angelo as a sales person. I would recommend both Angelo and Bredeman to friends and family.

Sales staff showed me a number of different vehicles, helping me decide on a used Sienna. They were able to extend my warrenty and make it very affordable. Very wonderful staff.

Roger was outstanding. He was very helpful and professional when it came to selling our family a car. He was knowledgeable in regards to the cars we looked at. I had been to Bredemann years ago and had a bad experience in the service department so I was reluctant to shop there for a new car. The last three Toyotas I owned were purchased at the Schaumburg dealership even though I live in Park Ridge. I just went in to look at the new RAV4 with the intention of driving out to Schaumburg to make the purchase. To my surprise I bought the car that same night at the Bredemann Park Ridge location. The sales person, Margaret Olesky was so charming and not at all pushy that I decided to give her a chance. Margaret took us for a test drive even though I was already sold on the RAV4 (my 3rd). Margaret convinced me to buy the car from Bredemann and took care of everything for us. I am thrilled with the car and would definitely encourage anyone looking for a Toyota to go in and ask for Margaret. She was lovely!
