Bredemann Toyota/Scion

My experience overall was five stars thanks to my salesman, Roger Diaz. He is friendly, very knowledgable and you don't feel the pressure. I visited their dealership, Bredeman Toyota, several times to test drive And he always made time and was very patient. I ended up buying the Toyota Rav4 and am very happy. He definitely delivered up until the end. Thanks Roger!

My wife & I previously purchased a Toyota Corola from Bredemann Toyota. I was met by Roger Diaz & told him that I was interested in purchasing a new car. I wasn't sure which one so we went on a road test with the two cars that I had in mind. After the road tests I decided to purchase the Toyota Camry XLE. Roger was interested in what I wanted & was able to find the car with the color & options that I demanded. He quoted me a price that was in my price range so that car is now mine. There was no pressure from Roger to purchase or add somethings that I did not want. I would highly recommend Bredemann & Roger Diaz!

These guys are GREAT! Very helpful. Not only did they sell me a my second toyota, but when I told them there was a noise in my first one, they went outside and listened to it, and discovered the problem and took care of it. Thank you.

My wife & I had purchased a 2009 Toyota from Bredemann. I have taken the Corola in for regular maintenance work & two recalls & the service has been wonderful. You are able to call for an apointment time & they tell you how long the wait should be. If the work will take longer they will provide you either with a ride home or a loaner. I have not used either since the longest wait has been two hours! The service agents are friendly, knowledgeable & will answer any questions that you ask. With the quality of work that the mechanics preform, I have never had to return to have the same service re-done. Everyone that I have delt with at Bredemann makes you feel like a friend & that the want to help you. Roger Diaz, the Sales Consultant & Tran Nguyen, the Business Manager were professional, friendly, not pushy & saw to it that I made the right purchase. I would tell anyone that is in the line for a new car to go & see Roger Diaz.

It is always very intimidating having to decide on the purchase of a car. Luckily My salesman, Roger Diaz, was awesome! He is very professional, knowledgable and organized...the paperwork process was speedy and very well explained. I made several visits to this dealer to test drive multiple cars and each time I visited with Roger, who would always make time and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. As stressful as it is for a consumer, I have to give it to these guys because they never know if today is the day they will sell that car......nonetheless I ended up with the Toyota Rav4. Margaret is a very helpful, kind, and courteous sales consultant. She helped us get an idea of what each car that we were interested in, the Rav-4 and the Camry, has to offer. Margaret gave us the best deal on the 2013 Toyota Camry. We are very happy with our new car! Margaret is a wonderful and friendly sales consultant who is fun to work with and makes buying a car a great experience. If anyone is considering buying a car at Bredemann Toyota, I would recommend working with Margaret because she will do everything she can to give you the best deal.

I like the service that I get for my 2004 Toyota 4Runner so much that I now take my Infiniti to Bredemann Toyota for service. Their service team is great: very professional, courteous, explain all needed repairs/ service items, and they take the time to answer any questions that I have about my vehicle and needed service/ repairs. The prices are fair, and unlike other service facilities where I've gone in the past, I never feel that the service managers are trying to add-on additional, unnecessary repairs or service. I will contunue to take both of my cars to Bredemann for service, would definitely recommend them for service on any vehicle.

This is the second car we bought from Bredemann in seven years. Like our first experience, we have nothing but good things to say. Salespeople were all friendly and professional. There was no hard sell, just honest discussion. We felt we got a fair price on both our new Camry and our trade-in. We would definitely recommend Bredemann to our friends and family.
