Century West BMW

Going to the dealer, one is always discouraged to walk in and be asked 1 million questions about their own personal financial life. Century west couldn’t of made the process more easier. I saw the car I liked, test drove it, started negotiation and was able to make a deal and come home in a brand new car. Matthew couldn’t of made this process more efficient for me.

I Purchased a certified preowned BMW from another dealership and was disappointed to find that a few items covered under the original factory warranty had not been addressed. Not only did Century West BMW fix them perfectly, they were gracious enough to complete the work under the vehicle’s original 4 year warranty even though it expired a week after the parts had been ordered. Jonathan and everyone in the service department went out of their way to assure my experience was, personal, professional and positive.

When there is a concern with breaks making a squeaking noise you don’t eliminate it by chafering them. I left the dealer with worst breaking than before. Ambient lighting was reported but never fixed

I went here looking for a CPO car. I found a good deal online and decided to take a test drive. The people here are professional and courteous. My sales person was Tim. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Kristina from service is amazing. She is always considerate of the situation a customer may be facing. She gave me a loaner while my vehicle was in service without me asking. Her attitude and customer service is amazing and always provides updates on the progress of the vehicle. I will keep on taking my BMW to Century West BMW for any service of mechanical issue. My purchase with this dealer was outstanding!!! Neviana Evans was a pleasure to deal with. She was quick to respond and put together a better dealer on the lease and my trade in than previous dealers. We are all busy and purchasing a car is something that should be painless and stream lined. This dealer was an hour away and I passed many BMW dealers to come here and would do it again in a heartbeat. Bottom line we give our business to people we like....this dealership and Neviana were over and above. Brandon Palacious (a genius) assisted me in setting up Apple Car Play and all my presets. In and out in less than 90min....can’t beat that.

When I arrived today I was met by a valet that assured me I did not need a ticket, in the middle of LA and no ticket....hmm. Well, any suspicion was quickly rendered meaningless when Leonard met me at the door and led me seamlessly thru my purchase.
