Alejandro Rodriguez (Client advisor) and Used car sales manager Sal were deceptive in the agreed upon terms for the purchase details of my BMW CPO $50K+ vehicle I purchased from Century West BMW. The terms of the sale were clear and agreed upon. The method of shipping paid for was via enclosed / covered shipping. I was quoted 2 different prices for covered vs open bed truck shipping to my home. I chose the more expensive option of enclosed / covered transport and learned just at the time of shipping that instead an open bed truck was transporting the vehicle; not what i had paid for. I assumed the dealership what make good on the extra paid amount and would refund the difference between the covered / enclosed shipping and the open bed shipping method. I was incorrect. Most of my calls to various staff at Century West dealership went unreturned. A refund check i received approx 6 weeks after my purchase was less than the difference between the 2 types of shipping. It took calls to BMW USA to receive some form of a response from the dealership. Despite this, Century West has indicated they consider this matter resolved and will not be refunding me the total amount due for the difference in the shipping methods. I would steer clear of this dealership in light of their unprofessional business practices.

I recently had my 20k oil change done at Century West BMW and was very pleased with the entire experience. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and chose an early morning time—7:40 AM—so my car would be ready by lunchtime. My service advisor, Tom, was efficient, friendly, and made the check-in process seamless. Since my service would only take a few hours, Century West BMW provided an Uber ride instead of a loaner, which was super convenient. There were no surprises, the process was smooth, and the service itself was completed efficiently. On top of that, my car got a much-needed rinse after all the recent rain—an unexpected but appreciated bonus! Everything was wrapped up and my car was ready before 10:30 AM. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and would recommend Century West BMW to anyone looking for a professional and hassle-free experience.

The service department was highly organized, efficient, and courteous. I had no problems whatsoever! They got me in quickly and dealt directly with my insurance company for the repairs. They kept me posted throughout the entire process.

I have a customer of this dealership for about 30 years,
I have a customer of this dealership for about 30 years, and it has declined in my opinion. They charge for paying with a credit card, and I just brought my car in for a service, and making an appointment was an adventure, and not a good one. I’m thinking on going to another dealership. The only thing that’d was good was my Service agent Doug!
