I had my 2009 Honda Civic in for service (new wheel bearing, new tires, four wheel alignment). I worked with Mr. Bert Gent in the service department. Mr. Gent was a pleasure to work with in every way. He explained all of the necessary service work in detail and was very clear about the associated costs of each item. All of the work was performed correctly and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend working with Mr. Bert Gent and the Pohanka of Fredericksburg service department.

Fantastic Experience
I would have to say this was probably my most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Mike helped us on our initial visit and took us on our test drive - he was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, explained features in detail and provided comparisons and fantastic follow up. Then we found out he was NEW!!! That made it even better. We never would have guessed he hadn't been doing this for quite some time. In the end we made our decision to go with the Accord EX and couldn't be happier both with the vehicle and Mike's continued support in making sure we understand everything!!! Professional Service Consultant Won My Business
I was a little intimidated walking into the Service Center for the first time, not sure what to expect. As I walked through the door, Bert Gent looked up from his computer, smiled, showed eye contact and then said, ?I?ll be with you in a minute.? And he wasn?t kidding, he finished up what he was doing and greeted me again with a handshake and a, `what can I do to help?? He was professional, friendly, and informative; I was put at ease in a moment. The Service Center is showroom ready and comfortable, although honestly, my time there was short :)

Love Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg!
Of all the dealerships I have been to in my life, I must say that Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg has exceeded my expectations for sales, service(ROCKS!), and overall customer service. Since moving to the area, I have purchased 3 Honda's from Pohanka and have referred several friends for their new vehicles as well. This time around, I worked with Bill Hamilton to trade in my used vehicle and purchase a new 2014 Honda Pilot. He came highly recommended by my friend who had just purchased a vehicle with his assistance the following day. Bill was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. This last purchase took two days to complete and another day to install options. Bill had given me instructions to just come and see him and he would prepare and execute all that was necessary to get the job done, which he did. I am naturally a bit leery of salesman but Bill made sure the car buying experience was as pleasant as this sort of thing could possibly be. He is a great addition to the Pohanka sales team! Mahalo!

Honda service Department review
I purchase my Civic from Pohanka and have been extremely pleased with the automobile. I even average 42 MPG with my top rating of 44.2 MPG. I recently had my first service and was greeted by the friendly staff immediately. The service needed was reviewed and completely explained and they evn accepted coupons which had been mnaile to me to help keep the cost at a minimum. My car was washed after the service and check out was easily accomplished. I would recommend this dealship to any prospective buyer.

Totally went above and beyond! Bill Hamilton ROCKS
Overall, this was a great experience. When I found Pohanka I had been looking for a newer used car (certified preowned) for about two months. I had started looking very hard the last two weeks b/c I recently started commuting 2 days per week over 130 miles round-trip each time. I was checking out all of the large and small used car lots/dealerships all the way from the Stafford (610) area to the Fredericksburg "car row" (Rt. 1) area. In just the last two weeks I had test driven 8-10 cars from 5 different places. Bill (Hamilton) was by far the least pushy and most easy-to-deal-with salesman I had encountered during my feverish search for a new car. I let him know that I was test-driving multiple cars and that I was hoping to make a choice within the next day or so. I really hate to deal with someone trying to "sell" me on a car when I'm already doing my own research! Bill was very intuitive for my needs and didn't try to "lead" me to a decision. Just the type of salesman I needed. Overall, the buying experience was great! I wish that they offered the free manicures and free oil changes for life like some of their competitors do but hey - you can't have it all!

Exceptional Service Representatives
I first met Chris Behrens a few months ago when I took my 2007 CRV in for service. He was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to listen to my concerns, was very knowledgeable and professional in handling my concerns. He was the most outstanding service consultant that I have found in all of my past experiences with service departments. I had the pleasure of having my service situation handled by Andrew Mudd on Sunday evening, December 29th. Even tho I am sure it had been a long and busy day for him, he was polite, accommodating and professional. He handled a difficult situation with tact and diplomacy.

I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV on Thursday, Dec 26, 2013. My sales consultant was Ms. Judaea Horn. She facilitated the process of my purchase, which was by far the most exceptional I have ever had when buying a new car. Judaea was knowledgeable, totally professional and polite. She was able to answer all my questions with tact and patience. She took the time to understand my specific needs which made this a pleasant buying process from start to finish. The financing was handled by Danny Wright who was very friendly, professional and made the financing of my vehicle hassle free.

Personable attention
Yesterday, I was feeling out of sorts but had to have my first oil change before my next trip. Everyone I met, from Francis San Pietro who greeted us to the two folks at the counter, made my day with their joyful natures. I don't care if it took me nearly 50 minutes to get to Pohanka, you are my Honda family and I will return.
