Outstanding experience at Patrick BMW. I was greeted by Salvo and he was prompt in bringing around the vehicle I was interested in. After looking it over we headed inside to work on the numbers. The negotiation was smooth and straightforward. Car buying is big decision both in terms of time and money. Buying a Mini Cooper requires a bit more thought for first time owners. It should not be rushed and Patrick Mini's salesman Matt Kensella was great. Informative, helpful and no hassles or pressure. A very pleasant experience. And the dealership was comfortable to be at.
