Great Mazda service

I've been taking my Mazda to Paul at Piazza Mazda for 3 years now. It's a 20yr old RX-7 and I was a bit apprehensive when I moved, leaving the dealership that had serviced it for the first 17 years. All that apprehension was gone after my first visit. The car has been taken care of...oil changes, inspection and tune up. It's running like a champ and I have complete confidence in Piazza!

Excellent service. Kevin, John, Phil all are courteous...

Excellent service. Kevin, John, Phil all are courteous and know the vehicles they are selling. I'm no stranger to mazda already owned two mazdas before but never dealt with piazza. This time, I was looking for a CX-5 and asked for quotes form few dealerships. John's initial quote was higher than some one else. After emailing his quote, John called me and I told him about the better quote. He said they will match or better it and asked to stop by. When I went there John wasn't in but Kevin showed us and gave us a test drive. My wife and I liked the 2014 mazda 6 more than the CX-5. We didn't discuss anything about price, instead only talked about the cars. Kevin enthusiastically showed me all features of the mazda 6. I was highly impressed. We left without deciding on anything. All through we never talked about price of any vehicle. Next day I got quotes on the 6 form few dealers and went back to piazza, asked to test drive the 6 again. No problem. John just handed me the keys and let me go all by myself. I drove it around the city for a while and was pretty impressed. Upon return, I spoke to Phil as John was busy. He was equally friendly and when I asked about price (told him the lowest offer I got so far), he comeback with a much lower price. The other dealer didn't have the color I wanted (soul red GT with GT package) and wanted $200 extra for a dealer trade with no guarranty of getting it anytime soon. Also got a fair price on my trade in. Came back and went again in the evening, signed papers and came back with the car. Had to drop off the next day to get a remote start installed. Service dept handed me a brand new fully loaded CX-9 as a loaner. I was expecting at best a mazda 3 or something similar. When I went back in the evening to pick up my car, Phil was waiting for me with my keys. He walked out with me to explain how the remote works and then saw some spots on it. Immediately went back got his detailing kit and polished off everything. I was pretty impressive considering he already made the deal and it was 95F+ outside. I'm planning to go back there for service and if the service is as good as now, I'll be a customer for ever. Already recommended them to a friend.

John was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to questions in person and via email. All of the staff we encountered were very courteous. Pricing was competitive and we were pleased with the overall purchase experience.

Looking Out for Me...

Service personnel suggested, that is addition to my 15000 mile service, that they could do my PA State inspection at the same time. I hadn't thought of that! Service was fast, while I waited! And saved me a trip back later. Thanks, Team!

Great service. Quick and easy!!

Great service! I called for oil change and tires rotated. I asked to drop my car off and they said anyone and it will be done next day, and it was:) reasonable prices too!

We compared several makes and models before deciding on a car. When we first walked into Piazza Mazda, we were referred to Bob Dailey. He was very helpful and straightforward. He took us on test drives of two vehicles with the understanding that we were shopping around and weren't even sure we wanted a Mazda. We went home and thought about it for a couple of days. We decided we liked the Mazda5 better than the other cars we had driven, but weren't sure if it was in our price range. We compared prices with a couple of other dealerships. After seeing the incentives, we decided that the Mazda was in our price range after all. We called Bob back and asked if he could match the price that another dealership had offered. He discussed it with his manager, called us back, and the deal was done! Bob was very helpful in working with our bank, and even delivered some paperwork by hand to make sure that we could complete the deal on the day we had planned. I would recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a new car.

Do yourself a favor: look beyond the lack of parking and somewhat somber showroom, and you will be pleasantly surprised to be greeted by awesome staff members, and a knowing team of professionals. Kevin, Bob, and Pat all took their time showing me the in's and out's of Mazda's, and creating a fantastic buying experience. Kevin is obviously passionate about cars and Mazda's, as it appears in his product knowledge. Pat and he worked hard to give me a very fair price on an in-stock car. Bob was there to help out on a day that Kevin was off, and helped answer questions. Great buying experience, and I would reco them to family and friends. Thanks Piazza Mazda!
