I'm a long time senior client and they have never failed to give my cars the best service as is proved by the length of time I drive them. They are always courteous and respectful. I would not go anywhere else.

Absolutely with out a doubt this the WORST parts
Absolutely with out a doubt this the WORST parts department I've ever dealt with. After waiting several minutes for a person to help I showed him a photo of my title with the vin# to insure I was given the correct part ( grill emblem for 2006 F-150. After waiting several minutes for him to get it and several more minutes to get change I left in confidence. My mistake was trusting that the person gave me the correct part. I drove 30 minutes back and took off the old part at which time it was obvious he gave me the wrong part. I drove back and explained the problem. The person I dealt with was not there and the woman who "helped" me said there was no way of identifying who sold me the part. The woman looked the part up and said the previous parts person didn't write down the part number. She said the part is out of stock and I could have it tomorrow. The correct part would be about $40.00 more. She was rude, no apology and could care less about customers. I've dealt with Morries for 40 years and can definitely say it has gone downhill since Morrie Wagner sold out. No way I'd recommend this store, but from the customer service I received I don't think they would care. Craig
