Quick service, and very transparent about pricing and diagnostics. Give excellent recommendations on what needs to be fixed, without overselling minor issues.

I recently had a great experience buying a truck, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went from start to finish! From the moment I walked into the dealership Timmell was welcoming without being pushy. He had taken the time to understand what I actually needed in a truck—mainly something reliable for daily driving but still strong enough for pulling my camper. Instead of trying to upsell me on something out of my range, Timmell showed me a few solid options and clearly explained the differences between towing capacity, fuel efficiency and reliability. I really appreciate the demo/recommendation of the Diamond Coating on the windshield. It is a thousand times worth it, Thanks Timmell !!! Any questions I had were answered clearly and honestly, which made me feel confident in my choices. When it came to financing, the process was straightforward and surprisingly quick. Bob walked me through the options and helped me find a payment plan that fit my budget without any hidden surprises. I appreciated how transparent everything was—no confusing paperwork. Bob perfectly organized all of the papers in easy to find envelopes for future reference. He even had MN State Parks plates for my new truck, and that really made my day! I felt like I had made the right decision, not just about the truck, but about where I bought it. Even after the sale, Timmell followed up to make sure everything was going well and offered support if I had any questions. Overall, it was one of the easiest and most stress-free vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. I’d definitely go back again and recommend them to anyone looking for a truck without the usual hassle!

Vehicle shopping was a great experience with the salesman Timmel. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and made it fun! He and Bob stayed late just to make sure I was confident of making such an important purchase. I will definitely recommend them to friends that are looking to buy a vehicle!

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford from approximately 600 miles away and spent over three weeks actively working with the dealership to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience became one of the most frustrating and disorganized vehicle-buying processes I have encountered. From the beginning, I made it very clear that I was a serious buyer. I requested pricing immediately, attempted to discuss purchase terms, repeatedly asked how I could secure the vehicle, and consistently communicated that I was prepared to move forward pending updated photos/videos once the vehicle returned from a body shop repair. I was initially told the vehicle had been sent out for dent repair and would return “next week.” That timeline repeatedly changed over the course of more than two weeks. During that time: -I was told the dealership would not accept deposits on used vehicles. -I repeatedly asked how I could secure my place in line as an out-of-state buyer. -I experienced multiple instances of delayed or missing follow-up communication. -The original salesperson I worked with left the dealership without notice to me, and I had to restart communication with another associate. -Calls to management and finance frequently went unreturned despite multiple follow-up attempts. Once the vehicle finally returned to the dealership, I immediately reviewed updated photos/videos and informed the dealership I was ready to proceed. I then spoke with both sales management and finance regarding the purchase process and received conflicting information. One manager explained the vehicle could still be sold to another buyer unless I was physically traveling to the dealership under a “travel hold.” However, shortly afterward, a finance representative told me that once my documents were submitted and the process officially started, the vehicle would be held until I arrived to complete the transaction. Relying on those representations, I submitted the requested documents and began coordinating travel arrangements, including planning airfare to Minnesota. Even at that stage, communication remained difficult, with additional calls and messages not being returned in a timely manner. After more than three weeks of active communication and repeated assurances, I was ultimately informed the vehicle had been sold to someone else. I understand dealerships are free to sell vehicles unless a formal agreement or deposit is in place. My frustration is not simply that I missed out on the vehicle — it is the amount of time, effort, inconsistent communication, and conflicting information involved throughout the process despite my repeated attempts to move forward in good faith as a serious buyer. For other consumers, especially out-of-state buyers, I would strongly recommend getting very clear written confirmation regarding how a dealership handles vehicle holds, deposits, purchase priority, and travel arrangements before investing significant time into a transaction.

Exceptional Same-Day Service! I recently brought my Ford Expedition into Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to handle a recall, and the team completely blew me away. I didn't even have an appointment, yet they managed to get the vehicle in and the recall completed on the exact same day. A massive thank you to Adam, the Service Writer, who made the entire process incredibly seamless and stress-free. I also want to specifically recognize Jeff, the technician who worked on my Expedition. The quality of his work was absolutely sublime. It is instantly obvious that he brings 24 years of experience to the shop floor—his level of expertise, efficiency, and care for the vehicle are unmatched. If you want lightning-fast, highly skilled, and genuinely helpful service, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!

I’m honestly extremely disappointed with the customer service at Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford. I purchased a brand new vehicle annd it’s still under 5,000 miles on it, and it’s already experiencing multiple issues. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-up from the dealership. I’ve called the sales manager multiple times, left voicemails, contacted the sales department, and even reached out to the service department and nobody returns calls or seems willing to help. I buy a new vehicle every 2–3 years and have never experienced customer service this poor. When someone spends this kind of money on a new vehicle, the expectation is basic communication and support, especially when problems arise this early. At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer.
