Like one of the other reviews I bought the truck. Headed back at the dealership, about 3 months later. Just for a oil change, so I would know when it was done and they came back saying I needed front brakes and lug nuts all the way around. I only had put about a 1000 miles on the truck. I asked them, how is this possible? Weren't these checked before I bought it? A safety inspection, even It took about 2 months and they finally fixed it free of charge later developed an oil leak, and then a transfer case leak, then A. Rear end leak took it in for warranty work, which was xxxx, because the warranty company fought it, and then they wanted me to bring it back to their dealership. Where they only have one guy that works on trucks. Needless to say I did get it fixed now. I have a wiper problem. The wiper had just stopped working. The $5000 warranty that I paid for does not cover. A wiper transmission because it has corrosion on it. So I guess being in Minnesota. Warranties aren't any good if there's corrosion, so why have a warranty? The warranty company they sold me for $5000. Can't even call me back. Call the dealership numerous times left messages. No, call backs to me all. It ISIS about the money of selling the car selling the warranty. Getting their commission and their money back for selling The warranty and the truck And that's it, this is the second car we have purchased from them. I can tell you never ever again. We had issues with the other car as well. Bought a battery cause it was needed. 18 months later, they tried to sell us another battery. Then, when I questioned them and said, we just had it replaced here. Then they wanted us to make an appointment to run test, but before that, they wanted us to buy the battery again. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to ever dealt within my entire life and being a mechanic for 30 plus years. I can't imagine it. Words of advice stay away from anything that says morries

Very poor follow up from sales person after purchase.
Very poor follow up from sales person after purchase. 10 attempts on my part via phone, text voicemail. Included salesman and service department. Used car needed brakes and should have been done prior to putting car on sales floor! Also needs tires!!! Poor response and poor service. Will not be purchasing another vehicle here!

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Morries Ford. I was arranging the purchase of a new Ford Expedition Platinum for my father from out of state, so all of our negotiations had to be done over the phone. I was lucky enough to connect with Rick when I called, and right from the start, I knew we were in good hands. I explained our situation and what we were looking for, and as luck would have it, they had the exact vehicle my father wanted on the lot. After working out the details with Rick, we secured a fantastic price for the purchase. I emphasized to Rick that I wanted the process to be as smooth as possible for my father when he arrived to pick up the vehicle—no waiting around at the dealership. Rick assured me that the vehicle would be prepped and ready to go upon my father's arrival. He also coordinated with Tyler in finance to have all the paperwork ready. When my father arrived, he was promptly guided to finance to sign the documents, and shortly after, he was behind the wheel of his new vehicle with Rick giving him a thorough walkthrough. My father later told me that it was the fastest and smoothest car purchase he's ever experienced. I would buy another vehicle from Morries in a heartbeat. If you do, be sure to ask for Rick—he's not just a great sales associate, but a genuinely great guy. Thank you, Rick, for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience!

Excellent dealership. The service was prompt, honest, accurate, and always respectful of the customer. Eric Sims was my sales person and he was tremendous. Brian Swan and finance was equally accommodating and worked hand-in-hand with Eric Sims. The process was seamless.
