I recently had one of the best service experiences I've

I recently had one of the best service experiences I've ever had, thanks to the exceptional staff at the Nissan service department. I initially scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but due to a sudden family emergency, I had to cancel. When I called to cancel, I spoke with Luis Rios, the Service Director. Not only was he incredibly understanding, but he showed genuine concern for my situation. His compassion was sincere and comforting during a stressful time. The very next day, I called back to reschedule and, by chance, Luis answered the phone again. He immediately remembered who I was and kindly asked about my family member. What truly touched me was that he told me he had been praying for them. Despite the department being completely booked that day, Luis went above and beyond to fit me in for my service appointment. His kindness and personal attention meant the world to me. When I arrived, Luis greeted me personally and again showed genuine care by asking how I was doing. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to customer care are truly rare and worth recognizing. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lonnie in the service department. He was friendly, professional, and took excellent care of me during my visit. The rest of the service team was equally welcoming and efficient. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Luis Rios and the entire Nissan service department exceeded all expectations. I left feeling valued, cared for, and truly grateful. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with kindness and top-notch service. I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for honesty, care, and outstanding professionalism. They have earned a lifelong customer!

I had a call with a sales rep there, confirmed how I

I had a call with a sales rep there, confirmed how I planned to pay, what the price would be and set a date. Within 24 hours a very rude sales manager called to reverse all I had confirmed. I understand new employees require training but I was put on hold for him to confirm my details and then to be treated so rudely by a sales manager was disappointing. Would not recommend.

My vehicle was promised within 2 hours.

My vehicle was promised within 2 hours. I went to breakfast and got a haircut. Have the dealership 3 hours, they didn?t even touch my vehicle. No communication. I?ve left 2 messages for the service manager Ken to call me and he has failed to return my calls and messages.

Have continuously had issues with the truck we bought

Have continuously had issues with the truck we bought from this dealership. Had it there recently, said it was fixed, took it home and it did the same thing.

Leasing was fast, easy.

Leasing was fast, easy. Everything was clearly explained. There was a recall on the car that Jay Kim, my salesman, arranged to have taken care of before I took delivery. I LOVE THE CAR!!!!! Best I've ever had!!!

Had an 11 o?

Had an 11 o?clock appointment and it took an hour and a half to get the car inspected and then another hour to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. Then my three oil change package which I used the second one today I was told that the 3rd one expires on April 1. Well I got 14,000 miles currently on the car and I need to run another 10,000 before April that ain?t happening a very misleading program.

The service advisors and techs at LHM Nissan in Highlands Ranch have been taking care of my cars for 6 years now. They’ve always been professional, willing to explain anything I have going on, knowledgeable, and informative. The service advisors, especially Missy and Brandon, are really great to work with and always go the extra mile to make sure I am well taken care of. Couldn’t ask for more!

What a great place to work with!

What a great place to work with! Our sales representative was Jay Kim, and he was both friendly and forthright. We made the deal for our new car on our second visit. There was a recall on the car. Jay took care of it and hooked us up with Missy, and they handled it quickly. Our overall experience was fantastic.
