When I came in to buy the car no one was there and I took

When I came in to buy the car no one was there and I took a while until somebody came. I bought a certified car and he explain that they have to have 2 keys in order to certify it. There was 2 keys the first time but when I came to pick the car I?ve been told they lost one key and ordered a new one and will send it to me. It?s been a month, NO key and NO one to talk to. Simple NO one answer the phone or the massages. I wrote a review on google and the general manager apologized and left his phone number in case my issue wasn?t resolved. I called him and left massage and guess what. NO ANSWER ?

Missy is my Service Advisor!

Missy is my Service Advisor! She is always professional and has played a huge role in keeping my car on the road in great condition. I have 221000 plus miles on a 2018 and it runs great! This is my go to place for my maintenance needs. I love that I?m heard and my concerns are addressed appropriately. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Horrible people with horrible culture.

Horrible people with horrible culture. They don’t even pay out their employees. Avoid at all costs Tysen the GM believes he’s running a McDonald’s instead of a reputable dealership!!! He’s only a surface level kind of a person. If they promise you something, just know you’re pretty much SOL at that point… Thank you for wasting my time.

I cannot recommend this dealership based on my recent

I cannot recommend this dealership based on my recent experience. The DMV returned the paperwork for my new truck due to an issue that has not been clearly communicated to me. As a result, I had to obtain a new temporary tag from the DMV, as the original one expires on 10/30. I was informed by a salesperson that the DMV discourages individuals from obtaining temporary tags through dealerships. However, a DMV representative provided a different perspective. I have reached out to Mr. Bishop, who kindly forwarded my email to your accounting department. I appreciate his assistance and am currently awaiting clarification on the issue, as well as confirmation that the paperwork will be corrected and resubmitted to the DMV in time to receive my permanent plates before the new temporary tag expires. Overall, this has been a challenging experience so far. Please note: I did not work with Tara Welch, but I rated her 5 stars, since I could not submit this review without completing the ratings. Jeannene Puente was so kind and communicative, so she should get the 5 stars.
