New Sierra

On my first visit I met Cody Wildman. I was trying to decide between the Canyon and the Sierra. He let me drive both and made a great impression so I knew when I was ready to buy this would be the first stop. A couple weeks later I was ready and Cody did a great job! He helped me find the exact Sierra I wanted and made the process very easy. I found the finance department to be just as good. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have had!

GMC Terrain SLT

As soon as they found out my car lost $9k in value due to mis -information posted on my Carfax (which is impossible to get changed), they immediately stopped trying to help me with my trade.

Going back on your word

I was a perspective buyer for one of your used cars, but the situation was terrbly unfair to me. It should not matter whether a person has given you money or not if they decide they don't want to purchase and you not only put the vehicle back on the market you actually contact me to start the process for me to purchase said vehicle. A day later you go back on your promise to me and reaccess with the original person changing their mind again. Terrible business practice.

Not responsive

The sales representative responded quickly but did not provide specific information about the Sienna requested via CARS.COM. The sales representative sent same general information for the vehicle already available on CARS.COM web page with the usual request to come in for a test drive and make a deal. Unfortunately it was not feasible to go to in for a test drive since I do not live in the local area which was clear to the sale representative based on my zip code. Some car dealerships embrace internet sales but some do not. This dealership apparently does not.

You wont believe how easy it is

I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. I have bought many (too many) vehicles in my day and Freeman was by far the best. Bill in finance was great also. No pressure to buy this, add on that, or anything. Just great folks selling great trucks. I HIGHLY recommend Freeman GMC in Grapevine!

We had a great experience at Freeman

We loved working with everyone in this facility, but most of all our salesman Paul Lopez. He deserves all 5 stars. He's a rock star. If you are in the market for a used vehicle he will take care of you through the whole process. We will definitely use his service again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible buying experience! I set up an appointment and settled on a price via e-mail on a used Toyota. We don’t live in the area or have another vehicle, so we rented a Van and drove 3 hours to pick up our new vehicle. Once arrived they told us that the windshield was cracked. I figured it was small and no big deal, but it was from one side all the way to the other directly in the middle. OK... these things happen I suppose and they assured me that they would have the windshield replaced in the town I live in. One month later we haven’t heard from the dealership about any details of the windshield replacement. I wrote to the sales person 4 times in a 2 week span and got zero response. Then I went to the dealership webpage and wrote to the "contact us" section and within one hour I received a call. The direction they had was just have the windshield replaced and we will reimburse you. I laughed at them for telling me that and told them that their integrity was completely flushed and there was no way I was going to fork out over $300 for a windshield that I believe I won't get back. The sales rep assured/promised me that as soon as I get it replaced, text him the receipt and he will personally see that it goes right to finance section and they will send me a check immediately. So, we had no choice but to take his word for it. Had the windshield replaced, sent him the receipt same day with hopes we would see something in a week or so. ONE MONTH later, still nothing. So I wrote to him again, again and again to his phone and got nothing! Therefore, I went back to the website and wrote again to the "contact us" section and yet again I get a phone call within minutes of my submission. And yes, he confirms that he got all my texts. He has no idea why I haven’t received a check by now and that waiting month is unacceptable. He said he would dig into it and get back to me. Three days go by and again heard nothing back. I then call the office and ask for a manager, he says he doesn’t know why I didn’t get the check (pretending that it maybe got lost in the mail) and apologizes for the terrible experience. I'm not sure if I ever will get my money back? I urge you to consider buying a vehicle with this dealership. As soon as you drive away you are a forgotten asset. I was given a decent price from Mr. Freeman for being active duty military just returning from overseas and a guarantee to receive top notch customer service as he is prior military. I'm pretty sure that was just a crock of sh@$

Easy and efficient.

My experience with Freeman Buick GMC was a breeze. I was helped the moment I walked in. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is the shortest amount of time that I’ve ever spent at a dealership. From the sales department to the finance department the employees were friendly and extremely helpful.

Compliance Coordinator

From beginning to end I had a favorable experience buying a used car. I was met at the door by Les who found the car and took me for a test drive - really enjoyed his casual manner telling about the family-owned dealership. We agree on a price and I met Manny who took me through the financial paperwork. My 13 year old granddaughter had come for the test drive and was a captive audience. Manny interacted with her as much as he did with me. She enjoyed the entire process as did I. Les and Manny were positive, helpful and were straight up with me. I am grateful for the car and the memories of how I acquired it!
