Best Dealership Ever in Grapevine, Texas
This is the best dealership ever! Our salesperson Christi Sawyer, finance Bill ,and GM Michael were all amazing. Christi was so helpful in taking the time to show us how to operate everything . This dealership is a Senior Citizen dream come true with no pressure and lots of help.

Front End Alignment Tire Pressure
I was unhappily surprised when after bringing my 2020 Denali to get a Front End Alignment, I picked up the car and all 4 tires were at a different tire pressure. Had to call service to tell them to fill tire pressure correctly. Certainly the service guys knows to check the tire pressure? Like everywhere else higher cost and lower customer service

On Feb 9, 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Acadia
On Feb 9, 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Acadia Denali from Mike Dumas. Mike went over and above showing us everything about our newly purchased vehicle and then on Saturday morning he texted us and offered to drive to McKinney to set up our garage door remote in the car. AMAZING! We declined because we were determined to do it ourselves and didn't want to bother him. But the service from Mike to the last person we dealt with was helpful, kind, and extremely friendly. We are so pleased to do business with Freeman Buick GMC and Mike and will definitely recommend them and also be back ourselves.

The staff was friendly and clean dealership?. Drinks and snacks where offer to us . Kids loved the snacks. Finance department explain everything detail . It just got late and the car wash department was close. Didn?t get vehicle washed .

It was a painless experience. Fred was casual and No pressuring to buy. Gotta ask for him. Good trade in value on my car. There were a couple of issues with the truck but they're taking car of it. The final walk through of the truck was clear and detailed.
