For the First time ever today I showed up at 07:30am at the Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Annapolis playing offense because my front brakes started to make noise and I was definitely concerned. I definitely surprised my Service advisor Alex Clothier who was like "What are you doing here, what's going on" because 99% of the time they are used to calling You! I explained to him the brake noise and he was ready to get me in right then and there but I did not drive my 2020 Mercedes GLB there. Alex promptly scheduled me for service in February and I am now good to go! And not once did I even mention to schedule me for a loaner because this is not his first rodeo with me, it was already done like he was a magician or something!

I was so happy to meet Arella! She really knows her Mercedes brands. She grew up in a family who owned Mercedes and could really give me the details on all the cars from tires and wheels to engine size. She is absolutely professional, friendly and made my FIRST purchase of a Mercedes, excellent. The enitre staff was amazing from all the managers to Larry in finance. I highly recommend this dealership! First class for sure. I will do business with them again and feel comfortable referring business to them! Congrats Mercedes of Annapolis!

Fantastic experience with Alex Clothier and Annapolis! Alex Clothier and Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis service center are excellent as always! I randomly volunteer to pick-up an elderly church friend from kidney dialysis and need reliable transportation. Weather reports indicate snow on the road and the last thing you want happening is to have vehicle issues that can turn a serious medical condition into a medical emergency. The service department - customer service lady was very kind to assign an appointment time plus provide a loaner vehicle this week due to a last-minute cancellation. I was very grateful for the available appointment date but the appointment time still required an overnight and driving an unfamiliar vehicle. When I happen to arrive very early on the day of my appointment, Alex Clothier understood completely and allowed me to check-in early. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis service center and Alex Clothier had my vehicle serviced, washed and I was a pretty happy customer! I was so grateful to be back on the road with my own vehicle the same day! This act of kindness and professionalism saved hours of my time and provided peace of mind knowing I'll be driving safely in my own vehicle during the "big snowstorm".
