Excellent service
Courteous as always. No problem with a loaner even though it took some time to get a needed part. Kept informed of the progress of the repair.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONORABLE
SERVICE MANAGER IS GREAT. ! Need a better system for arranging a loaner. A week is too long to wait. Service writer(Kirk) should have offered when I brought car in that courtesy shuttle was available to pick me up(I live at culver and Meadowood in IRVINE). When I called, and asked about it, he said : "the guy left about 5 min ago to pick a lady up in Irvine." He SHOULD have said, "Let me see if I can get him to pick you up on his way back or let me see how long it will be before he comes back and then I can send him out" again."
