Service call

Light on dash. Met by Service Professional Jeff McCamey Polite, professional started process to discover reason for light. Returned car and light was out. Told it was probably the gas cap leaking. Stated they had done series of tests and that was all they could find. On the way home, the light came on again. I returned the next day and they again took the car for further testing. They replaced parts in the EIR system and now all appears well. Great service, explained the problems associated with diagnosing the problem. Very satisfied, great service.

Excellent service. Friendly staff.

Professional friendly service staff. Good quality service. Discount coupons make the service charges very reasonable. Jeff in the service dept. is extremely helpful.

This was the 5th Cadillac purchased there

Other then waiting 7 mos for my car, everything was good. After my car was PDI'd I picked it up and the stabilatrack was not working. Shouldn't that have been found during the PDI?

Tustin Cadillac and Ron ROCK!

I appreciated Ron's professionalism, knowledge base, enthusiasm for the product, and level of communication. He sold me on the car by describing what sets it apart from other cars. I would highly recommend both Ron and Tuatin Cadillac to anyone interested!
