Apart from a frustrating and almost unusable website, everything went OK. There was minimal wait whenI arrived and the adviser processed the order quickly. I left my car and it took a while before I was advised that the car was ready. But no real complaints about the service.

I have purchased 2 Honda’s from this dealership in the last 25 years and I always have the most professional and personable experience. Although I will spend money I always look forward to getting my car serviced because everyone there is awesome and I can always count on my car being properly serviced in a timely manner and have it down to my expectations. Today I had Alejandro Luna service my car and he was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Honda to go to this particular dealership they do not work on commission and make sure that you were happy and always get you the greatest deal whether you’re purchasing a car for getting your current car serviced. I never feel like I’m being up sold or ripped or taken advantage of.

Service is always great with Buena Park Honda. I had an A1 express service and was done in just a little over an hour. They offered a free car wash but when I got the car back, it wasn’t done. I was surprised that they charged for sanitizing the car. I was under the impression it’s all part of the no contact service.

Received an email about upgrading to a new Civic with one year left on my lease. Decided to come in an see if the offer was for real...yes it was. Not only did I leave with a BRAND NEW 2020 Honda Civic, I got the color I wanted and even great customer service that I wasn’t even looking for. My sales associate was Ms. Prado and she was the just the nicest. Even the Sales manager Ellie(I believe her name was) was super personable as well. Looks like I’ll be back in two years to take a look at what’s in stock come 2022!
