Thanks so much to Jonathan for making my day with great service at Buena Park Honda today. One never knows what to expect when driving into a car dealership for service. Over the years, I have had my share of the good, bad, and unfortunately ugly experiences. However, today was stellar! Particularly in the setting of the Covid world we face these days, a great service experience can really make your day. By this we are not talking about having to jump through hoops or pull a rabbit out a hat, just simple courtesy, exceptional communication, and a commitment to serving the customer.
