Above my expectations
Three years ago I purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger from a dealer in Saukville. Because Griffin Dodge is within a few miles of where I live, I started taking my car there for service. The service writer I've been dealing with, Dennis Wild, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things in a way that you can understand. Also the service department is incredibly clean and very well organized. Two weeks ago I stopped in to set up an appointment to bring my car in for service and spotted a 2013 Dodge Challenger on the lot that tweaked my interest. Dennis introduced me to a salesman, Virgil Fuller, who brought the car up so I could take it for a test drive. Virgil is just a exceptional salesman and I've never had more fun or felt more comfortable in the process of purchasing a car. They gave me a great trade in price on my 2008 Charger and a great deal on the 2013 Challenger. Mr. Griffin has done a fantastic job on hiring a great staff to help run his business. I will without a doubt recommend Griffin Dodge and Virgil Fuller to any of my friends or family who are in the market for a new or good used vehicle.

OUTSTANDING!
This was our first experience with Griffin Hub. The sales staff was exceptional!!! This is how buying a car should be. Fast, friendly and fair. We were given a great price for our trade! After being treated rather unkindly by our local dealership we made the trek to Milwaukee. It was worth it! Griffin Hub has earned our future business. Best buying experiance
I have just purchased a ram 1500 from Griffin Dodge today. I have purchased several vehicles in the past several years and I have not ever gone back to the same dealer twice. This experience was one of the best that I have had. I worked with Jessica and she is a very nice person to work with and NO pressure to buy. She wants to make sure that you get the vehicle you want and the price you can afford. Jessica is knows a lot about the vehicles and will help you find accessories to customize your vehicle. I truly enjoyed working with them because when I stopped in I was very restricted on time and they were willing to work with me over the phone and e-mail to make my purchase seamless and pain free. If you are in the market for a vehicle you should check them out and ask for JESSICA. Lastly, I normally don't post reviews but I felt that my great experience should be experienced by others. AND NO I WAS NOT ASKED TO WRITE ANY OF THIS!!!!

Griffin Hub is great!
Woody Kroeker is a wonderful salesman. I am disabled and we were looking for a used van. He suggested several vans and he brought the van of our choice to our house. I never even had to go to the dealership, we even signed the paper work at our house. They arranged for financing at a lower rate than we could get anywhere else, and the purchase was very pleasant.

Exemplary Buying Experience.......None Finer.....
After looking for a long time for just the right car for my Wife, we found it at Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge....We had researched the car and knew what we were after. A 2013 Chrysler 300C with all the right options for us. That part is pretty easy to do. The surprises began when we contacted our Salesperson....Julia Huhn. I've purchased nearly 100 cars in my lifetime, but this car was so much more advanced technologically than any others we've owned and there was much more to consider than buying the car and taking the keys. There was much to learn. Not only were my Wife and I won over by Julias willingness to extend her day by quite a bit to accomodate our visit, we found her to be sincerely interested in making sure we were not rushed, or bullied into a decision. Her level of patience and willingness to instruct us was stellar. Not once were we intimidated during the process because Julia was always a ready listener and relaxed in her approach. Knowledgeable, Warm, Sincere and Patient....everything a potential Customer will appreciate when making a choice of both car and Dealership. As the face of Griffin's Chrysler to us, she speaks well of the folks she works for. The process continued when we had "that visit" with the Finance Office, the same Class and style we found in Sales was continued as Todd Anderson walked us through the money end of things. Clear and concise, willing to explain all the details, Todd too was a standout at what could have been an unpleasant experience. He made it easy. Our Thanks to Griffin's for the wisdom shown in having these folks represent the company. We are considering another purchase shortly, and look forward to revisiting Griffin's with these folks in mind. Well done.....We could not be happier with every aspect of our buying experience.

Service Department Offers No Assistance
I have had my vehicle in the service department 3 times since the beginning of April. Knowing what my vehicle was coming in for the first time, they didn't have the parts. Nearly 2 weeks later the parts were in and the vehicle fixed. That next weekend on a trip, my check engine light comes on and the service department tells me to drive it a few more days to see if it goes off. It does and immediately my oil change required message pops up. Oddly enough, I have no oil in my engine but it was just there and passed the multi-point inspection. Again, less than a month since it had the oil change, my check engine light is on again. Call in to the Service Department because I have another trip the next day - nope cannot help. Too busy and offers no alternatives. Since they are not getting my business for this, they certainly won't miss any of my future business.
