Wow! Awesome experience!

My experience was great. I was given excellent customer service and felt happy with my transaction. I was given respect by Julia Huhn, the best sales woman I know. She made sure that I was comfortable with my transaction. The free donuts and popcorn were a plus. Will def buy another car from them again. Please support this company, by atleast visiting them, if you are looking to by a car, new or used.

Dodge Grand Caravan

We purchased a 2013 Grand Caravan Friday, May 31, 2013 and are very pleased with it's performance, comfort and handling on the road. Jack Needler, our salesman, was exceptional from first contact to our van's delivery. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions putting us at ease in selecting the Grand Caravan for our needs. The financing went smoothly and all our anxieties were addressed and put at ease. Our experience with Griffin can only be described as EXCEPTIONAL! We have been shopping for a new car for quite awhile and Jack Needler was able to do what no other salesman had been able to do. He addressed our needs and closed on a deal that was beneficial to us. We will be telling all our friends and relatives to see Jack at Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep and Dodge! Thanks so much for your attention to details. Our favorite radio stations was playing on the radio when we turned the car on to take it home!

Great Sales Person

Jack Needler our sales guy was terrific. Thorough, helpful, responsive and not pushy. When we picked up our vehicle he went through everything with us, right in the car and answered every question we had and anticipated things we would need and suggested those as well. I would absolutely recommend Jack to family and friends and would buy from him again. Solid sales experience, good guy.

I have never had such a great purchasing experience as I did at Griffin's Hub Chrysler. Woody treated me with such respect and kindness. He made the whole buying process smooth and easy. Ask for Woody, I can't say enough about him. Also, Dennis, the Business Manager, did a FANTASTIC job explaining everything about my loan. Griffins Hub Dealer and Julia Huhn

The "build your own' concept on the internet and the ease of use was second to no-one. Ford Motor Co. and Hyundai have a lot to learn about customers. Julia Huhn and other staff sales people were very helpful and understanding. My new car selection was not an easy one but Griffins Hub Sales people made it easy. Several visits were needed for me to make the right decision on the vehicle that suited me best. Car buying experiences can be a nightmare if not guided by knowledgeable sales people. Going the extra mile

I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram Express Quad Cab yesterday. Originally, I sent in an online inquiry to the dealership with some questions about the truck. I received a response from Jessica right away and I came in for a test drive. I left and wanted to talk things over with my wife before making a decision. We decided we were going to purchase the truck, as long as our terms were met. Over a few day span Jessica and I had communicated about details of the transaction. There was no pressure to buy. I admit I was probably a bit of a pain, but Jessica went the extra mile and got the deal done. When we were signing the paperwork, Jessica watched our kids in the dealership play area. Overall, the dealership was great, Jessica was outstanding and I love my new truck!!
