I was in today for maintenance (i.e. Oil change) Pros: - Clean and comfortable waiting area - Friendly staff - I'm always treated professionally - Convenient location Cons: - Originally quoted with wait time of 3hrs. By the time I checked in, it was down to an hour and a half. It's a busy location with lots of customers. I can't count that against them. The rep provided clear expectations. Kevin Pham did great on this visit. Thomas has helped me numerous times before and always provide top notch service. I highly recommend this location for your next purchase or service.

The service department is great with knowledgeable advisors. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was for the three years that I've had my vehicle serviced there, their wash rack has been down each and every time I brought my vehicle in. The car wash should be part of the service.

Dan is always great. I waited long for my 10k servive but he gave us advance notice. Best espresso coffee while waiting. The experience and treatment is better yhan BMW Bellevue. Yhe only problem was that the Car Wash is broken. Thanks, Roli

I am certain that the work recommended is what was needed for my car. I never felt like anyone was trying to rip me off. The work was good quality and there was a specific rep assigned to me throughout the process, which made me feel paid attention to.

My car is a 2006 model. I have been having it serviced every 5,000 miles since it was new at Renton Toyota. They have kept my car running in tip top condition all of that time. They are always accurate in their cost and time estimates as well as being patient and courteous.
