Always Great Service

My car is a 2006 model. I have been having it serviced every 5,000 miles since it was new at Renton Toyota. They have kept my car running in tip top condition all of that time. They are always accurate in their cost and time estimates as well as being patient and courteous.

Alternator Issues

My alternator went out two days before my vacation. Ben Thompson in the service center was amazing and the best help even when I wasn't able to bring my car in before I left. I returned from vacation at 12:30pm and was able to get my car in just before 6pm. As promised a loaner was ready for me when I arrived and they quickly got me signed in. I received a call my car was done at 9:45am the next morning. Ben went above and beyond with excellent service and great communication. This is why I will always bring my car to Toyota Renton.
