Purchased a car there, Dean took great care of me and even filled my gas tank knowing I had a long drive home. Very Friendly staff with a sense of urgency.

Dean SHernandez, I am Dean Cafiero, the owner of Car Vision. I started Car Vision 18 years ago with just a couple of cars. From the beginning I have run a dealership with the utmost integrity. Based on your screen name I do not know your name to attempt to contact you. I kindly request that you contact me at the dealership. For the record, every contract at Car Vision clearly has the interest rate, monthly payments, and length or payments. I also do not know the situation you are describing with your tags, but in most cases we would recommend a new tag with registration dates that coincide with the state inspection date. The cost of a new tag is nominal.

Long Day, Easy Experience
My family came in to look at a 4 different cars. We test drove the first and did not like it, two of the four were too small. The last had a funny sound with the brakes and Rob assured me after speaking to the GM that it would be fixed if the sound did not go away. We were already at the dealership for 4 hours and I was not convinced that this was the car for me but Rob did not pressure us in anyway to make a decision. While walking back to the showroom (my wife and I were going to leave) a Passat caught my eye. Rob got the keys and we tested it out. I was sold. When we returned to showroom Rob and the staff helped move things along and we were finished in an hour and a half. Rob, Thanks for your patience

Pretty good but....
We are pleased with the vehicle and there was no pressure or anything like that. They did resolve 1 issue with the car before we even pulled away. The only thing that has been an issue is the keys. It came with 1 key and they said they had another one somewhere. They also told us it was not a chipped key and it is. So that means more money to get another chipped key and a key fob.

Worst place to buy a car from.
Had the worst time in this place. This people tried to stayed with the money I paid for a car even when I didn't sign any papers. I tried two cars. The first car Honda accord 2012 EX-L, 20K miles broke down while I was test driving it. The second car (same type of car) I was fishy about it. It drove great but under the hood it looked fishy since the parts inside had corrosion every where under the hood and in inside the car. I was scared the car was flooded.

"Dear albertg16, I am Dean Cafiero, the owner of Car Vision. I started Car Vision 18 years ago when I was just 26 years old. I wanted to apologize for your experience at Car Vision. It is very unusual for a Honda to have any problems at all let alone to stall on a test drive. I don't know exactly what you are describing about the corrosion under the hood of the other Accord. It is rare for cars to have been in floods and still have good titles. This is also something that our Technicians look for when inspecting cars. Since I have been in business we have not retailed ANY cars that have been in floods. I hope you except my apologies.

Easy. No price haggle. Fair price.
Found the car listed o cars.com. Visited Carvision the following day and put down a deposit. Very professional dealership, and unexpected for a used cars. Probably the best I've seen. No haggle pricing is a big plus, especially when the price is fair. All in all an easy and satisfying buying experience.

Great prices and even better staff!
Car Vision has the best prices in the area and such an amazing staff. My sales consultant was Bryan and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He helped me find affordable insurance and was very patient considering I was a first time buyer. They close at 5 and he stayed more than an hour after closing. The car buying process was actually plesant thanks to the great customer service that Bryan provided!

No Hassle? BIG HASSLE
I don't know whether this is a case of poor management, incompetence or maybe bait and switch. I saw a vehicle online and called to see if it was available. The salesman said that they sell cars so quickly that the website is not always up to date but he said he would find the car and call me back. He did and said that the car was still available. I told him that I would be there within the hour to see it. I loaded my disabled wife into our car and drove 45 minutes. The sales person who was supposed to show us the car was busy with another customer so he said that he would have another salesperson help us. After sitting in the showroom for about 20 minutes a salesperson showed up and said that he would bring the car up. He came back after a few minutes and said that the car was sold YESTERDAY! When I started to leave he said he would talk to the manager to see if we could work something out. BAD VIBES HERE! It's unfortunate because I was prepared to drive home in that car. If a POTENTIAL customer receives that kind of treatment, what happens after they have your money?

Dear Mr Unger. Let me start by saying the team at Car Vision and I sincerely apologize. I have looked into the situation and you are 100% right. I have spoken to the sales associate and reprimanded him for his action. I have also discussed with the rest of our staff this situation so it does not repeat itself in the future. Car Vision's policy is simple. If a car is Sold or on Hold we are not allowed to book an appointment. We will make 100% sure a car is available before we book an appointment. The sales rep in this case did not do his due diligence. Once again I apologize for wasting your wife's and your time. If you were to contact me I would gladly reimburse you for your gas and any time you spent coming to the dealership. I hope this small gesture would change your opinion of the dealership. P.S. When cars are sold they are removed the following day from our website. At any given time we many have a few cars on hold and they will still be listed on our website.
