Doc took us for our test drive, demonstrating the features of the Honda we were looking at. Unbeliveable. We were definitely sold. The paperwork did take us a bit of time to get through but after we had the final go over of all the operating features, we were on our way home. I m sure all of you that have gone through a car-buying process could only have wished that you had our experience!

The employees at Carvision are professional, polite, and listen to what you want! Not only this, but I found the right car for me at a deal I couldn t refuse. Their prices were much better than any of the other dealers that were competing for our business. They took our old trade in, (with many miles on it) and still gave us a deal of the lifetime!

Frank was a stellar salesman
I recently purchased a used 2009 Ford Escape with the assistance of Frank. There were only two Fords with the features I wanted, the Escape being one of them. Frank hussled the price down for me. He even sent pictures to my e-mail the night before! The deal was processed in a professional manner and all I had to do was show up, fill out some paper work, and before I knew it I was in my Ford Escape driving home! Without Frank s attention to detail and personal touch I would have probably waited to buy it.

Easy to work with
Our sales representative Ken K. was very easy to work with and made our buying experience easy and stress free.They also gave us an outstanding deal on the vehicle we bought. So many times when you get down to the final figures car dealers throw in little extras to jack up the price but not this dealership. Would recommend Ken to anyone looking for a car!

The ratings I gave above don't exactly reflect my specific sales consultant. Jon would have gotten fives all around if the ratings were strictly based on him. Jon was the only employee to approach me and offer his services. I personally think there should be another category to separately rate each person you worked with. The reason I gave the ratings i did is because most of the employees there didn't make any kind of effort at all to help me in the least. Jon himself however made my experience good enough to pull the ratings up a bit.

I got all the information over the internet. I compared miles, prices, everything. When I went to the dealership, everything was as it had said online. No hidden costs or add on fees. I was shown true customer service and have found a new dealership that will now be my go-to place when it comes to my car.

My husband and I traveled 95 miles each way to purchase a vehicle listed on autotrader. We were assured that there were no problems with the vehicle, however, we quickly found 2 on the same day of purchase. Again we were assured these problems would be taken care of right away. 2 weeks later we still have the same problem and have made 2 additional trips to the dealer to have them rectified. Most recently the service department ordered the wrong part and due to their mistake expect us to make an additional 1 hr 45 min each way trip for them to correct this problem once the proper part is received. At no point has the service department been apologetic or sympathetic towards the inconvenience of their multiple mistakes.

I bought a used car here. I told the salesman I specifically wanted a stick shift, not an automatic. He shared their "stick shift" vehicle inventory with me. We then went on the lot to look at the cars he had just shown me. It was smooth sailing from there after I was able to test drive the cars and get a feel for them! I found it easy to navigate around the lot and was appreciative that Rohan was able to assist me with everything, including the paperwork.

Efficient and understanding!
Very few dealers in my experience meet the criteria to be called outstanding. I have shopped in several states and only a select few are completely honest at all times. I sent an e-mail to the Car vision dealership requesting information and pricing late at night. When I woke up the next morning, I had an immediate response from Andrea and she set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. Efficient and understanding.
