Julie was so helpful for a last minute car service with...
Julie was so helpful for a last minute car service with no appt, she literally updated me every few hrs about how many vehicles were in front of me, so I could have a realistic feel of when my vehicle would be looked at, and the when my vehicle was actually started, she called to let me know it was done as opposed to me having to follow up even though she already told me a time should be complete by, I've had experiences elsewhere in the past where would be told it'll be ready by a time, so u get your ride situated for that, then get there and have to wait still and even when it would be a day later. So it means alot she took my time as being important. I've never had issues since I started going to Mark Christopher and thats why u won't go elsewhere for my service, even if another dealership may be closer for a certain situation, it'll take a no choice emergency to get serviced elsewhere

Made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for a...
Made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for a blowout tire investigation to be completed because my tire belt broke away from the tread all the way around the tire & was told there was a puncture that could only be seen inside the tire. Three weeks prior I had my car serviced & tires rotated & nothing was told to me. I haven’t been pleased with my last three times. Considering looking for another Cadillac dealer to do business with.
